Ashley, the receptionist was friendly and responsive. Dave was professional and responsive every time I spoke to him about scheduling or inspecting the ductwork. Mike came out and serviced both our units. On inspection, he found that there were a few leaks and areas where the ducts had separated. It was a great service, and we are very grateful! I will definitely use them again.

Loai was wonderful- he came to fix the AC because we had an electrical fire. I called at 12am - the company picked up and they were here by morning time ! He immediately fixed our AC but also noticed that our water heater was leaking which could have caused massive damage!! He installed that as well without hesitation! He was assertive, prompt, speedy, and very helpful! He was also able to diagnose what was wrong with our heating as well and will be coming back in the winter time to fix that . A very patient man. Thank goodness for his knowledge! This could have been a disaster but with his knowledge. Everything is solved. Thank you Eco!
