We had a mold problem in a house we were buying. We called Vioclean, left a message and received a quick call back. Trung came out and assessed the extent of the problem. The sellers of our home called a different company which was their prerogative. Rather than be sour grapes, Trung offered to look at the other company's work plan and told us they were doing the right things (and had the proper certifications). I really appreciated Trung's help and would certainly use him in any future work (hoping we don't need it, but you never know).

I am a contractor and had a client that was having breathing issues. On
VioCleans' web site they inferred that they treated all kinds of issues so I hired them. When they came out they then told me they only did mold. I should of had them leave, and stated their advertisemt was vague. I suspected something other than mold. They did a 15 minute test and charged over $1000. I called them and said they should make some adjustment because of the false advertisement but they refused and threatened to A) take me to court B) go back to my client.. I would NEVER use them again and find their business practices unethical.

Per my earlier review on test done at 4 Adelaide on Jan 21, 2016, in response to the owner's reply, I never asked the owner to "falsify a report"; I asked if he could do further testing with the samples he had. He said no.
As for results, I received an invoice, but I never received a report from the owner even after paying for it. I asked for a break in the cost so I could get another company to test what Vioclean could not. Vioclean verbally stated there is mold in basement and an air conditioning system in basement. Vioclean should get more mechanically adapt, because the returns for both units are in main house and draw air from house NOT the basement. This is why I felt any issues at the house were more than mold. Vioclean then threatened to notify Jeff Bradley of Indoor Doctor, whom I was planning to call for more tests to "warn" him of my unethical practices. I feel YOU are the unethical one and only concerned about money. Whereas I wanted to know about all possibilities that could be affecting the house. I had no incentive or reason for asking for any kind of "false report". I only wanted to know what the issue was and I suspected more than mold. I have been in business 40 years and have never been called unethical and am insulted by your business practice.

i've probably written a review once before in my life but this company vioclean just deserves me taking my time to do so. first off the punctuality and profesionalism was spot on. when a messy disaster hits your home you kind of at a loss.so when vioclean came in and helped me through the process it made a bad situation so much easier. knowing they were using all natural products in my home was a welcomed relief. especially with my pets and family. the mess was cleaned up so much better than i had hoped. so thank you vioclean for making my life a lot easier at stressfull time.

The service was A+ and all highly professional . The quality goes beyond words. My basement had a septic overflow and smelled and water was everywhere . They were detail oriented and never missed a thing. they emptied all my stuff in basement, saving my keepsakes. After they were finished, the basement was clean,dry and no smell.

Vioclean has cleaned our office carpets for years. They can clean without using toxic or allergenic chemicals, and they provide excellent service. I highly recommend them!

To start with, they communicated so well. I had problems with beautiful rugs that were stained by puppy urine. I felt hopeless and was at the point of totally discarding the rugs when they advised me they had a solution for it. They didn't promise anything but when the job was done, I was totally satisfied with their kind of service. The rugs and the whole house were spotless clean.

We had a septic disaster in the house a year and a half ago. Raw sewage had overflowed out of a downstairs shower drain and seeped through the floor into the drop ceiling of a downstairs room where we had lots of extra furniture stored. Worst possible scenario. My wife had heard about VioClean because they had done a presentation at her real estate company and she was impressed with them so we knew just who to call. Trung came over and assessed the situation and immediately got to work with his crew. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what we could expect. They promptly removed all the sewage covered furniture out the bulkhead and staged it outside so we could take pictures for the insurance company and then made arrangements to get a dumpster on site. They thoroughly cleaned all affected areas and removed the drop ceiling. In addition they removed a lot of sheet rock and cedar board in some affected closets and the boiler room which was also affected to prevent black mold. Then they brought in industrial strength dehumidifiers to dry everything out completely. Trung also ripped up the floor of the bathroom and put a dehumidifier in there aaa well. Our experience with VioClean was excellent. Trung is a perfectionist and a consummate professional. He and his crew were hard working and courteous and guided us through a very difficult situation. Highly recommended.

Vioclean came over for a simple carpet and couch clean and one of their technicians was able to detect that we most likely had a leak and mold problem. The odd smell had been noticeable to us in our mud room but very minor so had not thought it was no big deal. After a little investigation turns out we had a leak and our ceiling was pretty much rotting in the attic and didn't know much about the danger of mold in a home but all I can say is, thank God it did not end up worse. Great guys, good work, and would recommend.

I called Vio-clean a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday morning @6 am
They responded immediately and were at my home in record time. My water heater had let go and flooded a finished basement. The team from Vio-clean had the most up to date equipment and did an A-1 job removing everything they could. They totally emptied the affected area and removed all the water. They then set out multiple commercial fans and a dehumidifier that extracted water and sent it out of the home. This equipment ran for a week. They came and rechecked the area with a moisture meter and found there was still moisture. Shayne lifted a corner of the carpeting and had the fans dry under the carpeting. He came back a couple of days later and reinstalled the carpet and removed the equipment. They were very professional and took great care respecting my property throughout this awful experience. I cannot rave enough about the company and it's team...from start to finish they were very professional and respectful of my property and me. I highly recommend them.

Trung and VioClean are FANTASTIC! When we had water streaming in from an upstairs neighbor on a Saturday evening, they were there within an hour, pulling down part of the ceiling and setting up huge blowers to try and dry up as much as possible. When he came back he realized the water had spread further than initially thought and he exposed that damage as well, ensuring all of it would be fixed. He showed up with both sets of insurance adjusters despite only being given a days notice (it’s a condo so both my and the condos insurance people came out to survey the damage). He showed all the damage and ensured that we got covered by the insurance for everything that went wrong. They took care of the demolition and rebuilding so I never had to worry about a thing! I would stop by in the evening and would run into Trung leaving after checking up on how the men did that day. He was very hands on with the project, ensuring it was done on time and correctly. He was available any time I emailed, answering all questions I had from money questions to logistics. This company/ Trung did a fantastic job with the final product and I could not be happier! We will definitely use VioClean for any future needs and I have been telling everyone how wonderful this company truly is!

VioClean employees stole things from my house and Trung never pick up my call and block my calls very irresponsible.
