Constraction reviews in Swansea, Massachusetts

We unexpectedly had to replace our outdoor deck and partial roof. I had gotten several quotes and decided to go with I-Con. Peter was wonderful, attentive to our needs and courteous of our situation, needs and wants. The work was done professionally and the communication was superb (can’t say that for other contractors we have had in the past). Permits were pulled, inspections passed all in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

This vendor agreed to assist from the very beginning and gave a very short ETA to be onsite to our driver. Completed the job in good amount of time and was very understanding with all of our requests. Will definitely use them again in the future. DOWNTIME FLEET MANAGEMENT (POOLER,GA)

I can't recomment this company enough. The owners are professional, friendly, and efficient!! The crew that they had working on our roof was stellar!! I am beyond happy with the results and would highly highly recomment i-Con construction and plan to have them continue to help me with work on my house. Wonderful company to work with..All workers were professional and took pride in their work. Excellent workmanship. Ralph was fantastic, easy to talk with, and got the job done. We will definitely be using them on our next project. Roofing and Siding Excellent.

Hired i-Con Construction to replace a residential rubber flat roof after reviewing several bids. They were super helpful during the quote, scheduling, and repair processes. From the removal of the existing materials, repairs, installation of the new roof, and reflashing of the chimney, everything was exceptional and for a competitive price. Would highly recommend!

Very professional and efficient!
They did an excellent job, professional, fast, and reliable. They completed the work in minimal time without cutting any corners. The area was always kept clean, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Ralph always provided pictures and kept us informed every step of the way. He was always available and was true to his word. Highly recommend them.

Ralph and Peter were wonderful to deal with. We had a different company initially come in but to make along story short we had a need to change after the tarp they placed on the roof leaked through our ceiling (due to the multiple holes and inability to place the tarp correctly by the first contractor. Along with many other issues.

I-Con was right there to help us after the original project went sideways. Ralph came over right after the call and did a walk through. He gave us an estimate and spent time explaining what would happen and why. I feel this is something I don't usually get from most companies. Both were in constant communication with us and answering more questions that we had thought of after the initial meeting. Less than two days later their crew was at the house (right on time), very polite and went right to work. Watching them work was more like well directed movie, in that they worked well together to accomplish the task. Once completed they cleaned up the area and told us they were leaving. I was amazed at the result. I no longer had to worry about the water falling from the ceiling on the new floors. It was wonderful to find a company that cares about the customer.

I called this company about a roof leak. They were out bright and early the next day. They were efficient, quick and very fair priced. Ralph was awesome and very professional. The service was fantastic . I recommend them highly!

The roofing contractors at I-CON Construction worked efficiently and paid close attention to every detail. They kept the job site clean each day and used top-quality materials that make my new roof look amazing. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and I can tell this roof will last for many years.

I called i-Con Construction Corp. regarding having the snow and ice dams removed from my roof and gutters. I spoke with Ralph who was friendly and professional. He responded to my house the same day to evaluate the work and provided me a fair price. He advised me he could have a crew respond first thing the following day. The next day, the crew arrived on time and performed their work quickly and professionally. Ralph responded back out to check on the work and ensure it was done up to standard. I would recommend this company and plan on using them again in the future for different projects.

Highly Professional. July 3rd during a terrible windstorm a tree fell on my house. Peter and his team showed up on the Holiday and repaired my very damaged roof so it wouldn’t be open to the sky. Over the next two months they repaired my attic, roof and sided my house, and repaired my walls and new windows. I have never been happier. They worked long hours, cleaned up , and were very professional. Answered any and all questions we had I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs roof, siding or repairs to contact them immediately.

We had a new front porch added to our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire team did an amazing job, their workmanship was excellent, and they completed the project incredibly quickly, finishing within just five days. We were very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality construction work. Thank you so much, we absolutely love it!

We used i-con in to replace our siding, windows, and gutters and could not be happier. Ralph was prompt at answering questions or addressing minor concerns we had. The guys were very hard working and courteous and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They made sure everything was picked up at the end and left nothing for us to deal with. We will definitely use i-com for any future projects and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a stress-free experience.

I recently worked with i-Con Construction after a tree landed on my mother’s house and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Peter, the owner, was especially wonderful throughout the entire process. Not only was the work handled professionally and on schedule, but Peter went above and beyond to be kind and patient with my elderly mother.

He took the time to explain everything to her in a way that made her feel comfortable and included, and he always treated her with such genuine respect. It meant a lot to us to have someone who wasn’t just overseeing the job but also truly cared about the people involved.

If you’re looking for a company that does good work and has an owner who brings compassion and integrity to the job, i-Con Construction is the one to choose. Highly recommended!
