We had New England Sewer and Drain come to our home for an extremely clogged toilet. After utilizing every means of unclogging and self cleaning for this particular problem to no avail this company's employee Jared arrived on time and had problem solved and fixed in record time. This man had impeccable customer service skills, answered questions and was very friendly. At end of service he offered several ways of payment and I couldn't have been happier. We had a great experience working with NE Sewer and Drain. They called the day of scheduled service to let us know they were on the way, explained what they were going to do when they arrived and, within 30 minutes, had diagnosed and fixed the issue—a tree root had grown into our downspout drain pipe, which caused some flooding in our basement. Josh and his assistant handled the work and billing/payment promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Call the Best!

Can’t not recommend New England Sewer and Drain enough, they were early to the job and completed it in such an efficient way I couldn’t believe it. Got multiple quotes with outrageous prices to repair a drain system, but New England Sewer and Drain gave a quote that was much better and the job was amazing. If you ever need any services for sewer or drain they are your go to!

Second time that we needed this service. Highly recommended. Exceptional responsive, thorough and professional. Jared was awesome. They arrived on time, explained the process and resolved the drain issue.

Having a problem with my drains first time, I was referred by a previous customer and they did not disappoint. They were able to give me a same day appointment, Jared showed up he was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and quick. Would definitely recommend and would use them again. Thank you

5 stars! They came with a 80 foot snake drain when i said i needed at least a 50 foot, they tried their best but it wasn't enough. Then they came back the next day with a 100 foot snake and got through the clog easy peazy. Very professional and great guys.

My elderly mother had a problem with backed up drains. I called a few plumbers and was told they didn’t handle that kind of problem. I was able to find someone to come out the next day but he never showed up. I found NE Sewer and Drain on a Google search. I spoke with Jay who was incredibly helpful. He was able to rearrange their schedule and had Joshua and Jared there in just about an hour. These men were wonderful. They went straight to work diagnosing and fixing the problem. They were clearly knowledgeable, competent and efficient. They kept me informed and got the drains running properly. The problem was tree roots in the main drain. I am so grateful to these men for their expertise. They were very nice, too. I definitely, highly recommend them.

I highly recommend New England Sewer and Drain company!
I contacted them for a drain clog and they responded right away and put the work on a schedule that worked for both of us! The men who arrived were professional and friendly. They had the necessary tools such as an immersible camera and the appropriate snake and they worked neatly and efficiently clearing out the clog. It turned out the clog was caused by “wipes”! Not sure how the wipes got there, but just a reminder to dispose of them in the trash, not in the toilet. Thank you again guys for your work and professionalism!

NESD was able to come clear some of our drainage pipes below the property to get the water flowing away from our garage and house. Very respectable employees, and a quick response time to our calls and scheduling. Highly recommend.

This company and their employees are the absolute best! Called with the problem that was beyond my ability to fix, and they were there within an hour! Courteous, professional, and got the job done. Jared arrived on time and took care of a very unpleasant sewage backup. He was professional, explained the cleanup considerations I needed to be aware of once he was done with the plumbing work, which he resolved very quickly. Pricing was also very reasonable, and came in a bit below the estimate quoted over the phone. I will definitely remember who to call next time :)

Excellent service! The guys came out less than an hour after I called to have someone look at my sink. They addressed the issue and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. The guys were very professional, polite and friendly. I will be using them again for any future issues.
