The difference in the appearance of the carpeting was night and day. Stains that I assumed were permanent were completely removed. The service was quick and professional. John was a pleasure to do business with. Enviro Pro Cleaning is a local gem.

The rug in my son‘s nursery had been stained with Formula spills from late nights. I had attempted to clean the rug myself, but the stains seemed to only get worse and spread. I brought the rug to John and Lisa at Enviro Pro Clean LLC. They did an amazing job and the rug looks brand new! Their customer service was great with John giving me updates, their service was fast, and they even brought the rug to my home when it was finished and laid it back into my son’s nursery, making sure it didn’t crease. After meeting several other companies for quotes on our commercial carpet cleaning, we chose John and his wife. They were very professional, personable, and we felt they would do a great job...and they did not disappoint! John was very mindful of our needs and worked around our schedule and the cleaning itself was top notch. We will definitely be using him again!

We had a pretty big job to tackle… mom’s house.. . the majority of the house had carpet that was never cleaned and well after 40 years of a large family use.. u can only imagine.. we reached out to John and his team to help us clean up n leave it with a clean scent… john was professional honest fair … and to b honest I wasn’t sure how it was going to work out but it did hallelujah!!! John met with us within a day to review and finalize the cleaning details. They were able to get out some stubborn stains and left the place clean and ready for our next tenants. I will definitely be using Enviro Pro again for any future needs and have already recommended them to friends. John was amazing. Professional, responsive, and honest with his assessment of the job. He wasn’t just focused on making a profit, which is hard to come by these days. Because of his honesty, my husband and I did not have couch done but felt confident moving forward with not just one job, but two more for large area rugs.
