My previous Snow guy left me hanging. I called Reliable Landscaping and got a call back a short while later. They came out shortly after and plowed without having looked at my driveway first.
With regards to cost, it is actually a better deal than my previous guy. So happy I went with these guys to handle my snow.

Reliable Landscaping has been doing our fall and spring cleanups and yard maintenance for a few years now. My husband and I are very impressed with the quality of care provided to our yard and the professionalism of the employees and owner. We have also had out yard sprayed to eliminate ticks to protect ourselves and our pets; we were very happy with the results.

--March of 2018 Tom and I met at my house to discuss some further work we wanted done on our yard and planting beds in the spring. He took notes and said he would get back to me with a cost estimate.
--Mid-May came and I didn't hear from him so I emailed him--No response
--Late May I emailed him again--No response
--August I emailed him to simply ask what happened. This was his entire email response....

"We had a new girl helping with some office work this spring. Somehow she got all my emails to be hidden after they were clicked on so they were never seen if not responded to right then and there. That was during May, and I didn't realize until around Memorial day. I thought we had found and responded to all the stuff we missed but I didn't see yours, I'm guessing that's what happened. I'm really sorry, we were so busy I needed more office help and thought she knew what she was doing."

He explained the mishap but he made no attempt to rectify the mistake or make it up to us in some way, at another time if necessary. Not a good business practice in my opinion.

I spoke to Tom yesterday and was looking for a quote for plowing. With the way my driveway is set up, he informed me that plowing may not be the best solution. Tom could not have been nicer on the phone even though he did not even get any work from me, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. If I ever need anything in the future, I will definitely keep them in mind.

I made an appointment with the owner, Tom, a week prior to our scheduled meeting to talk about weekly lawncare at our home. He asked if he could come "between 4-4:30" because that was best for him. My husband and I needed to leave work early to meet him for this time. I got a phone call from Tom at 4:12pm (when he was supposed to be *here* at that time) and he left a message letting me know that his 3 o'clock appointment had neighbors that came over and were asking him about doing work at their place. Could he come sometime tomorrow instead. I called back almost immediately but had to leave a message. I let him know that we came home early from work for this meeting and we couldn't do that again tomorrow. I asked if he could please just come over after the unscheduled appointment he was in and meet with us instead of another day. We were fine with that if he was just going to be late. I have received no response at all since. You do not need to bother calling me back, Tom, if you had ever planned to because we would prefer not to do business with someone so unprofessional and unreliable.

Would definitely recommend to friends, and will be a return customer myself.
They worked around my very odd schedule with no complaints at all, and completed my project exactly as I requested. Tom came promptly to review and quote me, and their crew couldn’t have been more friendly respectful and professional.
The work was completed as scheduled and on budget, couldn’t be happier.

Wow. What a difference! We bought our house 2 years ago, had a baby, life happened, etc. Before that nobody had lived there for a year. Let's just say there was a lot of work to do! Reliable came out quickly for the quote. They were very reasonable. We scheduled the work for a few days later. We are VERY happy with the results. Great work and great people. You won't go wrong with Reliable Landscaping.

We had our driveway paved a few months ago and needed a new walkway to tie it all together. Our old walkway was brick, but it was uneven and we were having water issues. We had quite a few quotes and decided to use Reliable due to their responsiveness and excellent reviews. I absolutely love our new paver walkway! It is exactly what I was looking for and it is gorgeous!!! They showed up when they said they would and did a great job with clean-up. If I could give the more than 5 stars, I would!!!

I called Reliable Landscaping after a poor experience with another contractor. Let me tell you, I wish I have been with Reliable all along! I needed my driveway re-plowed so I called on a Sunday morning and much to my surprise his ground crew ended up being in the area. He was polite, professional and more than happy to help me with my needs in a timely manner. Within 30 minutes one of his guys had my driveway cleared out just the way I wanted it. We used Reliable to trim and remove bushes from our pool area (around pool and where our firepit is) and couldn't be happier. Tom was prompt in his responses and the team he sent were super thorough. We had them do our fall cleanup and re-grade our driveway. They did an excellent job. Our yard looks absolutely beautiful and they moved the leaves where I requested so I could compost them. Cannot say enough good things about them.
