I dealt with Joe who was very courteous, timely and professional while installing a window well and grading my lawn with loam. We had heavy rainfall immediately after he concluded his work and the window well held up great. Joe also contacted me after the storm to see if the rainwater had washed away some of the loam and offered to come back and put down more. Great customer care.

We were having major flooding issues in the back of our yard, that was causing backup into our driveway and garage. Joe was able to diagnose the issue, and sloped the back of the yard so the water drain away from the house. Joe was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. His work was flawless, clean and precise. He was very professional, easy to work with, and very responsive. I would hire Joe again.

I know there is only a 5 star rating system, however, I wish I could give Joe 100 stars!!! I am always skeptical with service professionals and with good reason, they rarely deliver on their commitments. Joe is different ... he is the utmost professional - not only is his work impeccable and detailed and of the highest quality, however, he is also dependable, has wonderful communication, is honest and trustworthy and his fees are great. I was so impressed with him and cannot recommend him enough. Joe, if you see this review, thank you so much for the amazing work you did at my home.

Joe does great work. He is quick to respond and his price is fair. This is the second job we have hired him to do. This was to remove some overgrown shrubs and rhododendrons in front of our house. He then brought loam and graded it beautifully with his mini excavator. I highly recommend Joe

I had 2 pretty big sink holes in my back yard. I got 2 other quotes, but the contractor's just suggested grading the land. Joe suggested looking for the problem. He dug around to see what was causing the sinking and determined that the developer buried a lot of rocks in the yard when they cleared the lot to build. Joe's pricing was reasonable for the job done. He is very professional and knowledgeable, a very nice guy. I would definitely use his service again.

I have been fighting with a knot of invasive vines that has killed dozens of trees, those dead trees and dumped debris for years. I have been chipping away at it and stressed. I found Joe at JC mini excavating via FB recommendation and google and I was already impressed. When he came for the quote he was very knowledgeable and talked me through different options. His professionalism is refreshing.
The first day of the work I knew the results were going to be stellar. I told him my hopes for the areas and he ran with it. He was able to replicate exactly what I was imagining/looking for and then went above and beyond by digging down to the root cause. He was able to level an area I thought was not going to be able to leveled and he did! He was also able to smooth out areas to start fresh in the spring. I highly recommend JC excavating!!!!!!
