I had about a dozen trees that needed to be taken down from my property. Steve was fantastic and his crew did a great job. Very professional, easy to communicate with and fair pricing. They even raked all the twigs and branches at the end, leaving my yard spotless when they were done. If you need trees taken down or trimmed, I highly recommend Steve and Greater Boston Tree Service.

These guys were surgical. I had 30 100ft pines on my half acre property and they took them all out in 2 days. Neighbors were pumped. No damage, no issues.

Greater Boston Tree Service is amazing! Leighton and the team were straightforward, kind and professional! We had the best experience getting 6 large trees removed and 2 giants trimmed. We got a quote on a Friday and were booked for the following Monday. The team arrived prompt on time and were extremely clean and tidy in their execution. We can’t even believe the difference it’s made- it looks like we have a brand new house!!!! 100% recommend based on service, great price and quality!!

Leighton and his crew from Greater Boston Tree Service did an outstanding job taking down 15 massive pines from my front and back yard without even leaving a stick behind! In and out in 1 day and took it all away! Easy communication, great pricing, and excellent results. Couldnt ask for more!

We needed several, over 50 yrs old, pine and oak trees either trimmed or removed. An anxiety inducing project to say the least. After meeting with several local companies Greater Boston was the most cost effective company. I met with Mike, the job foreman, for the estimate and he came back with Leighton, the owner, and they both explained how they would work the job (the backyard was a challenge!). The next day Mike and his crew showed up and worked the next three, hottest days of Aug 2025, non stop and everyone did it with a smile! They didn’t mind me watching the entire time and asking questions. They made a very nerve wracking project easy on us. I will be calling them for any future tree projects. Great group of professionals who have extremely reasonable prices!

This is now my 4th time using Greater Boston Tree, they've taken down at least 30 trees total spanning the 4 visits. I've always had great interactions with the owner, Leighton, they are priced fair and are always quick to come out. All of the interactions I've had with his crew has also been great. I can't say enough good things about them, highly recommended.

just wanted to say WOW! what a great guy and crew. i had 24 --100+ tall pines taken down by them and they did a outstanding job. a few of them were challenging take sowns but they nade it look easy. they were definitely well seasoned crew. very respectful of the property and did above and beyond on the clean up. and they worked hard to complete it on time. i highly recommend them.

Boston Greater Tree Service stopped by and performed a beautiful clean up on our trees bringing more light to the yard and removing dead and dangerous branches. Their crew was a delight to observe as they diligently went about their work. It is apparent that the crew is well trained and work well together as a team. Steve Brogan stopped by several times to check on my satisfaction with the work. Steve worked with me on my particular needs and observed a few items that I was not aware of. You can be assured that your work will be done professionally by this service. Greater Boston Tree Service has my highest recommendation.

Leighton and his team trimmed some trees in our front yard and were very professional and easy to work with. The crew was friendly, worked fast & efficiently, and were very pleasant to talk with. The trimming work looks great & we are very pleased with the results & would recommend them to neighbors, family or friends!

I had a huge tree cut from my backyard today. I was amazed at how seamless it seemed. The cleanup required for this type of work was more than I expected. Looks like The tree was never there. As a bonus, they cut the stump down solo that I don’t feel obligated to have it ground down any further. The person I worked with was Michael Riccardi, and he was very professional. I would never hesitate to call greater Boston tree service again in the future.

I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Leighton and his crews were very professional. We had 2 crews, the crane crew did an amazing job removing a tree that was close to my house and touching my neighbors fence. The bucket truck crew limbed and dropped 25+ trees with no damage. The guys were all friendly and respectful. Definitely money well spent.
