Home Services reviews in Upton, Massachusetts

John was very nice on the phone and set an appointment to close my pool. His guys showed up and did a fine job. 325$

Wish we saw these other reviews before making an appointment with John for our pool opening. Never showed up and never responded to our emails, phone messages or texts. What a lousy business person.

Called and talked with All Pool Service.
Made an appointment with them to replace my pool pump.
They never showed up or called. Tried to call them and got an answering machine. Left a message, no call back.
One star is too high for this company!

Set up an appointment with John 2 weeks in advance and he did not show up or call. I called multiple times with no call back. Now we are scrambling to find a new pool service with no luck and a pool we can’t use. I would steer clear of this company. Very disappointed and unprofessional

This summer was a challenge for my family we tried three time and hired someone to open and cleaning and maintaining our pool. I felt like Goldilocks visiting the three bears . Untiled we hired this company. I can only say they are amazing ! John is a treasure trove of knowledge and has helped me understand a lot of things with my pool. The most important thing about John is, he very ethical and does a good job Everytime he comes by.

My wife and I have been using this carpet cleaning service in Upton for many years, and we are always impressed with the results. The team really understands how to care for carpets and always leaves ours looking fresh and spotless. Tracy, who handles a lot of the work, is always friendly and works closely with the team to make sure everything is done right. If there is ever a stubborn stain that needs extra attention, Tracy always encourages us to reach out if the spot reappears, and has come back to fix it at no extra cost. The prices are very fair and reasonable, and sometimes it feels like we have to insist on paying for such great service! Everyone is professional, courteous, and brings a positive attitude, making the whole experience easy and pleasant. If you’re looking for reliable and thorough carpet cleaning in Upton, you’ll be happy with this team.

i recently tried out this carpet cleaning service in upton and was really impressed. the owner is very knowledgeable about carpet care, maintenance, and deep cleaning, and clearly has a lot of experience in the business. other professionals, including myself, often look to him for advice on the best cleaning methods and stain removal. if you need your carpets cleaned, you can trust that this team knows what they’re doing and you’ll get great results. you won’t be disappointed – they truly are the best around.

I’m not easily impressed, but I was truly pleased with the carpet cleaning service. Tracy and Brayden were fantastic. They took extra care to protect my home before starting, making sure their equipment didn’t cause any damage. I appreciated how professional they were, always wearing masks and being respectful of my space. Before they began, they carefully checked all the carpeted areas and explained the cost upfront, so there were no surprises. Their method of cleaning left my carpets fresh and clean without soaking them, which was great. Even though we started a bit later than planned, they worked quickly and efficiently, and the results were definitely worth it. When they finished, the way they cleaned up showed they really care about leaving your home looking and smelling fresh. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service and will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I recently had a carpet repair and cleaning done on my stairs in my home in upton. brayden and tracy from the team showed up quickly and were very friendly. they took extra care around my pets and made sure not to disturb anything in the house. the carpet cleaning left my stairs looking so much better, and the patch repair they did blends in perfectly—you honestly can’t tell any work was done! what really impressed me was how the team made sure i was completely happy with everything. they spent extra time making sure the patch was secure and would hold up to the high foot traffic on my stairs. it’s clear they care about doing a great job and making customers feel valued. i’ll definitely use their carpet cleaning service again and would easily recommend them to friends and family in the upton area.

My neighbor suggested i use this carpet cleaning service for my home. When I called, tracy was very friendly and easy to talk with. She helped me set up the carpet cleaning and explained the process in simple terms. Later, brayden came out to give me an estimate. He was professional, polite, and took time to look over the carpeted areas carefully. The cleaning team arrived on time, worked hard, and did a great job deep cleaning the carpet. There was one small area along the edge that still bothered me, and when I tried to touch it up myself, I made it worse. I called brayden, and he said he would take care of it right away. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and made sure the carpet looked even and clean again. Tracy also followed up, which showed real care and good customer service. What impressed me most was that they checked back afterward to make sure everything still looked good and that I was happy with the results. That kind of follow-through means a lot. The whole team was kind, responsive, and professional from start to finish. My carpets look fresh, bright, and much better than before. If you need carpet cleaning, stain treatment, or help bringing worn carpet back to life, this is the company to call.

My carpets had only been spot cleaned for a very long time, and they were starting to look worn, dull, and heavily soiled. With grandkids playing on them, I wanted a proper carpet cleaning service that could deep clean, sanitize, and bring them back to life. After searching for a company with professional equipment and strong reviews, I was so glad I booked this service. Brayden and Tracy arrived early to get set up and inspect the carpet and area rugs. I honestly thought two of the three rugs might be beyond saving, and I was hoping they would at least look cleaner and feel healthier. I ended up getting both. I had completely forgotten what the real color of my carpets looked like because over time I had started to think the gray, dingy shade was normal. After the deep steam cleaning, it was clear how much dirt had been lifted out. They worked hard on my older carpets, carefully pre-treating problem areas and using professional carpet cleaning equipment to deep clean the fibers. I also had the carpets thoroughly vacuumed first, then added deodorizing and stain protection once I saw how well everything turned out. These carpets have handled years of wear from big dogs, kids, and everyday traffic, yet they came out looking fresh, brighter, and much richer in color. Even the pile looked more restored, and I could finally see the pattern in our large area rug again. I’m extremely pleased with the results. The whole experience was easy, professional, and worth it. Brayden and Tracy were friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend this carpet cleaning service to anyone needing deep cleaning, deodorizing, and stain treatment for older carpets and rugs.

Brayden's work really stands out. I was absolutely delighted with his meticulous approach and the time he invested in deep cleaning my carpets. The transformation from their previous state to now is just astounding. Thank you Brayden, I'll be needing your carpet cleaning expertise in Upton again in the future.

at first, there were small communication hiccups, but the carpet cleaning service promptly ironed them out. brayden took the time to engage with me regarding the possible source and standard of my carpet, alongside their upton cleaning protocol. they executed an exemplary job in cleaning it and i'm satisfied with their work.

brayden did an amazing job! i had several area rugs with pet stains and general dirt, and he made them look like new! plus, he steam cleaned some of my couches, and i’m not sure if he uses different equipment or techniques, but his work was way better than other couch cleaners i’ve used before. in the past, my couches would end up soaked, wrinkled, and have a strange chemical smell for days. but with brayden, there was no smell at all, they looked incredibly clean, and dried super fast! i will definitely hire him again!

Tracy and Brayden from a well-known carpet cleaning service were extremely professional and thoughtful. They worked wonders on my basement stairs carpet in Upton. Initially, I also wanted my sofa cleaned. However, after doing a spot test, they determined that the colored pattern of the upholstery might bleed and advised against it. I really appreciated their expert advice and caution.

i have three bedrooms with white carpet that needed some serious attention. due to the pandemic, i wasn't letting anyone into my home, which led to my carpets becoming quite dirty. i scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning and explained to the technician, brayden, that i understood some stains might not come out, but i hoped for the best. to my surprise, after brayden finished cleaning all three bedrooms, i was amazed at the results. he managed to remove every stain, and my carpet looks practically brand new! my husband and i were thrilled with the transformation. i highly recommend this carpet cleaning service, and if you want fantastic results, definitely ask for brayden. i’m so happy with the outcome!

I couldn't imagine choosing another carpet cleaning service! Brayden is simply amazing! He's thorough, professional, and such a kind-hearted person! I'm forever grateful for the outstanding work he does and how immaculate my carpets appear afterward. They dry swiftly and the steam cleaning process is incredibly effective! I wholeheartedly recommend this Upton carpet cleaning service for all your carpet and restoration needs in Upton!

wow! i am so impressed with the carpet cleaning service i received. from the start, i could tell that tracy knew exactly what needed to be done. as a real estate agent, i needed help for a client who had a serious cat issue in their home. the cats were gone, but the carpets were still in terrible shape. when tracy arrived, the place was a mess—furniture hadn’t been moved and there was still cat mess everywhere. tracy helped me move the furniture and also took care of all the cat stains and odors. the extra charge was so reasonable that i wanted to pay even more. they are extremely professional and reliable. i will definitely use them again for carpet and duct cleaning in upton. highly recommend! easy to contact and they always do what they promise!

I have a sectional sofa in my family room that had various stains, including baby bottle spills, tea, grease, dirt, and even a cigarette burn. I reached out for a carpet cleaning service to take care of it. Brayden arrived earlier than expected, but the company called ahead to make sure that was fine. He spent nearly two hours working on the sectional. I opted for the cleaning, sanitizing, and protection package. The next morning, once it was dry, the only thing left was the cigarette burn! Brayden did an outstanding job, and I will definitely call for carpet cleaning services the next time it needs attention.

Brayden from Better Day Carpet Cleaning managed to make my carpet look significantly cleaner than I ever could with a standard spot cleaner. This proficient technician walked me through the entire carpet cleaning process and even detailed how to maintain my carpet afterward. In addition, he was flexible enough to fulfill a last-minute request to clean my stairs, all at a very fair price. I will certainly be reaching out to Better Day Carpet Cleaning in Upton again!
