Not only was Kevin professional and knowledgeable, but he was sensitive to the urgency and circumstances of the repair (our house was under contract to be sold). He and his team moved quickly to help us resolve the issue fully and beautifully.

I recently decided to put my house on the market. I felt a new roof would help with the sale. After researching several contractors, I choose Heritage. My new roof was installed within a couple of weeks of my decision. Hard to say a roof is beautiful, but it is! Kevin was a joy to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, competitively priced and prompt. His crew completed the project in one day, including taking away all the demolition material from the old roof. Kevin even came the next day to pick up little bits of paper and used a magnet to make sure there were no stray nails.
BTW, my home sold on the first day it was listed for over asking price. I'm sure the great new roof was key!

Kevin did an amazing job replacing the roof on my 100+ year old house. He and his crew were prompt and professional. But what impressed me most was how he dealt with my crazy metal chimney that he had to work around and reinstall the guy wires. 2 months later, the wires must have straightened out a bit and the chimney started leaning from the wind. Within a few hours, he was back out on my roof fixing it without any hassle. Best service ever!

In February of this year, we had a tree fall on our house causing substantial damage to the structure. Kevin arrived within hours of my first call. Kevin's knowledge and experience were instrumental in navigating the red tape and hoops the uninsurance company threw at us continually. Once the scope of work was approved, Keven worked with us to design the whole project. He gave us a very realistic time frame for the work to be completed and completed the job ahead of schedule. The employees were professional, clean and very conscientious of our family. The quality of the work performed was outstanding. Could not be happier with the work Kevin and his crew provided.

He gave us suggestions on how to keep within budget and how to he could upgrade our look. His team were very professional and quick. They were done within a week and fixed some of our ply wood that was damaged. We had new windows put in before by another company and Kevin was able to fix the flashing and made our windows really water proof and sealed properly. I live in Medway, MA and Kevin and his team from Heritage just completed a project at my house. They put on a new roof and vinyl siding. I can't say enough positive things about the experience from beginning to end. I found them online and was happy with their positive Yelp reviews. After contacting them, Kevin called me back within an hour and set up an appointment, he was very flexible. Kevin, who is the owner, met me on Saturday because it was convenient for me. He was very informative, honest, and reassuring. While other contractors spent a large portion of time telling me how difficult my house would be to do and how bad it currently looked, Kevin instead focused on what a positive impact he could make on the house. He was very confident and proud of his work. I obtained 3 other quotes from competitors and while not the lowest price, after our meeting going with Kevin was a no-brainer.
It is my understanding that either Kevin or the other owner is the crew leader for each and every job to ensure the highest level of quality. Unlike the high pressure national chains, at Heritage, the person you buy the job from does the work. The crew was very efficient, neat, polite, and professional. They worked despite brutally cold temperatures because they knew we were eager to have it completed. They went above and beyond to make up for a lot of imperfections that come with a very old house that people had added to over the years. They really were able to turn decades of shoddy construction and design into the best looking house on the street.
Kevin's communication and accessibility was first class the whole way. I can't remember to many times where I had such a great customer service experience that I had to write about it immediately. I am proud when I pull in my driveway now and when it comes time that I can afford to replace my deck, I will be giving them a call back.

Kevin at Heritage Exteriors was a pleasure to work with in getting a new roof put on my house after discovering a leak, from the early stages all the way through to completion. His crew quickly completed the work in half a day, including a complete clean-up (you'd never know they were here other than seeing the new roof), and he responded promptly to my inquiries, before during and after the job was completed. We recently had our house resided, as well as gutters installed by Heritage. The siding went up in 3 days and is absolutely beautiful! The crew working on the house was friendly and did such an amazing job. The gutters went up in a matter of hours and look perfect. Overall, the job was done quickly, professionally and the house looks brand new. We could not be any happier with how everything turned out. First time having to hire someone for a roof. Kevin and his team did great work. In and out in one day. Very courteous in explaining everything and options for us. Kevin provided high quality service and for a lower price than some roofing companies that have been in business for years. Even plowed around the yard so they could complete the job after getting a foot of snow at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
