Fast and efficient! Doug did a great job fixing my electrical issue! Will definitely use Kuhlman again.

I called Kuhlman Electric to give them a try. Not being sure if this was some big outfit sub-contracting out work to who knows who, but when the electrician showed up exactly on time, professionally dressed, tools in hand and ready to work, I knew we were off to a good start.
Doug came to the house to fix an outdoor GFI receptacle which hadn’t been working for years.
It seemed like a silly thing to call to get fixed, but I had been running extension cords for 2 years to plug in my pellet smoker. I finally said, enough. He showed up with a smile on his face and dug right into it. Doug was very professional and came with everything he needed to diagnose the problem. Within a short amount of time, he had the receptacle fixed.

Great experience.Had an outlet that exploded. They tested to make sure the wires were OK and did a great repair. Highly recommend them.

Had a hookup installed on my house for a generator and two outlets replaced. The electricians, Aiden Capistran, Douglas Serafim, Shawn Cisneros did a great job, were professional and courteous. They even helped me find the cable on Amazon for considerably cheaper than from a local store. Will definitely use Kuhlman the next time I need any work done.

Had the team come out to assist with a few outdoor fixture installations. Doug and Pasquale were great to work with. They were very personable and made light work of the project, finishing in no time at all! Great service.

I contacted multiple electricians to get a electric charger for an EV installed at our home. Kuhlman was the only one on top of it--they scheduled us for a consultation promptly and gave us the best price. Install day could not have been easier. Their electricians, Kevin Cajuda and Ryan Peters, were on-time, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Kuhlman and we will certainly be sure to call again for electrical work at our home.

Kuhlman came out on a Friday afternoon after I called in a panic because our oven had stopped working due to an electrical issue right before our daughter’s birthday that we needed to cook for. They fit me into a tight schedule, were prompt and professional. Best, they fixed the issue super quickly and were reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again!

The first time we had electrical work done on our house it was a nightmare, from scheduling to crews leaving in the middle of the job with zero communication… I was fed up. My neighbor is a contractor and when I asked for a recommendation, he said he’d heard good things about Kuhlman Electric. The crew from Kuhlman was awesome. They came out for an estimate and we received the paperwork practically before they pulled out of the driveway. We were quoted with a date several months in the future for the work, with an offer to be placed on the Move Up list. They had a cancelation and we ended up getting our work completed within a week!

Doug and Pasquale did an amazing job. They were kind, attentive, and thorough and were able to repair a job the last company had botched for me. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t go to anyone else for electrical work. Even if I had to wait the 2 months that I was quoted, it would have been worth it for their professionalism and care.

Doug is an great electrician! He quickly identied the wiring issue and resolved it. He also clearly described what happened in the circuitry in a professional and efficient way. Greatly appreciated it!

I plan on hiring Doug, his co-worker, and Kuhlman for any future work. Here's why - They arrive as scheduled for estimation as well as implementation; They always text a confirmation a day or so before and prior to arriving; They wear their shoe covers before entering the house; They took away the boxes and other material to discard even though I purchased the parts (4 ceiling fans in this case); They are reasonably priced; I didn't have to wait long between the day of the estimate and the day of installation; The estimate and final bill were provided within 24 hours; They were reasonably priced; And they adjusted their estimate accordingly when cost less than expected (only 1 of the 4 fans required a stronger hanging box instead of all 4).

I had reached out to another company for an estimate during the same time and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They never came out for an estimate. It was emailed to me and was 33% higher than the Kuhlman estimate; They required 50% deposit up front even though they hadn't even reviewed what was needed; And, I didn't go with them, never told them, and never heard from them again.

I have had other electricians do work for me and while the work was done well, I felt most comfortable from a residential homeowner with Kuhlman. I am ecstatic with the entire engagement and results. Doug and his assistant were extremely friendly and were also happy to meet our dogs and cats. :)

BTW - They have a great radio commercial.

Kuhlman Electric is outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done in their home or office. The first time we used them was to replace the knob and tube wiring in our house and they completed it in excellent fashion. We decided then to switch away from the electrician we had been using for 30 years and use Kuhlman.

This time we used them for the electrical work for the new central A/C system being installed. Kevin Cajuda and Ryan Peters were the Kuhlman team and not only did they do perfect work, but they were very attentive to cleanliness and great coordination with the mechanical contractor who had already finished their installation. Another outstanding Kuhlman team!!

I hired Kuhlman Electric for a small job of replacing 2 sconces outside the front door and replacing a ceiling light with a fan and light. Jen sent Doug to do the job. Doug was right on time and was respectful of the property. After he was done he cleaned up and even took the old lights and empty boxes out with him. I'm very happy with the work Doug did and I am definitely calling again for any electrical work that needs to be done. Thank you
