Nothing but good things to say! Reached out on the online contact us form and was contacted first thing the next day. Dylan came out within the hour to check out the situation with the heat pump. Had our annual heating maintenance performed by Doc's Heating and AC, Inc.
I love the fact that Doc's reaches out and reminds you that it's been a year since your last maintenance. Completely up to myself to schedule but I love the reminder (since I never put this "stuff" in my calendar).
It was Owen who showed up and has been in our home many times. He knows where the systems are (we have two), is polite,
informative, quiet and efficient. If something, like a filter, is still usable, he'll leave it in place and inform you of the same. He is equally informative of items to "be aware of" or if something definitely needs replacement. Owen will document all of this on his final invoice so you have a running history.
Doc's is a good company for your HVAC requirements and the owner, Kyle, is a great guy and as a customer, you have direct access to him also.
If you have HVAC needs from new, replacement, repair or maintenance, Doc's is a great choice. -

Doc's Peak HVAC came out and diagnosed a severe issue with my AC over the summer. They worked to get the right part at the best price for me. Highly recommended for workmanship and fair cost.
