Called to have some ice dam's taken care. The guys that came were very professional. I have a foot of ice in front of my front door and they also took care of that. Would call this company again should I have the need.

Like many had I ice damns across my roof that were approx. 8" tall and pretty deep. Messaged Clear Factor, within a few hours had a response and a date/time scheduled. They could not have been more responsive. The crew showed up on time, they were professional, took care of the ice dams using steam, cleared the snow above, and cleared the deck area the snow came down on. I plan on having them clean some moss on the roof after the winter. Top notch communication, super responsive, more than fair price, all around great experience, high recommendation!
