Absolutely terrible experience.

Boston Best Construction performed incomplete and substandard work and left my home in a disruptive and unacceptable condition. The project was abandoned midway, causing significant stress, financial loss, and ongoing disruption to my daily life.

After collecting a substantial upfront payment, they refused to complete the work or refund the portion they never finished. Communication quickly broke down, and instead of working toward a resolution, I was met with threats of legal action simply for requesting a fair adjustment based on the incomplete work.

What’s especially concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Other customers — including Lisa, Sean Kelly, Simba, and others — have shared very similar experiences such as the absence of a general contractor on-site, repeated delays, and unfinished or unresolved work. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read those reviews carefully.

This entire situation felt extremely unfair and intimidating. No homeowner should have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability.

Based on my experience, I strongly urge others to think twice and thoroughly research before hiring. There are far more reliable, honest, and professional contractors out there.

I had a meeting with Boston’s Best Construction and was very impressed with their facility and Eduardo Muniz’s ideas for renovation a home.

Don't waste your time. Took weeks to even get a preliminary estimate (that was incorrect). The person they sent out to do the assessment couldn't even answer basic questions about how they operate. They missed a few things on the original estimate so I asked them to add them on and reissue and they completely ghosted me. Wouldn't return a single one of many voicemails and texts left over the last 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and go with someone professional. If they didn't want to quote it, then be respectful and say so, don't waste peoples time as they wait around for you.

Edit: Eduardo your response is a clear lie so add that to my review too. Once I asked the for the estimate to be updated, I stopped getting any texts or phone calls back. I called my contact every two days for two weeks and left voicemails to see what was happening with it before realizing you guys were just blowing me off. Shouldn't take receiving an honest review to make you guys reach out finally

Boston Best Construction has done a wonderful job each time they have done work on our home. I highly recommend Boston Best for roofing or general repair construction needs.

This was a really disappointing experience. When they were trying to get our business, they couldn't be nicer and couldn't promise us the world more. They emailed, then texted about the email, then called about the text about the email. But when we put pen to paper, that's where the communication and attentiveness mostly ended.

We signed a contract to remodel bathroom, install HVAC, replace electric panel, add a couple of storage closets, and do wall and finish carpentry work. While panel, closets, walls and trim look ok - and if I'm honest the carpentry work is exemplary and I love how it makes the home feel - bathroom was an absolute disaster. It was delivered way late, key requests were not implemented, and nearly a month after project completion, it is only finally fully functional after we brought in a whole other plumber to fix plumbing issues that have been there since delivery. The company showed little interest in resolving them till we decided the only way those lovely shower floor tiles we paid dearly would not look brown was if we hired someone else to fix the drainage. As for the HVAC, it is still not fully operational with no an answer from them if and when that will be resolved.

This is conformably the least productive way I've ever spent money in my life. Frankly, it's been an unmitigated disaster.

BBC/Eduardo's team helped build a new bathroom and also remodel an existing one in my house a few years ago. The were very thorough and attentive to detail. The bathrooms still look as good as new now.

BBC is an excellent firm. For my 2500 sq ft home, Eduardo and his team were kind enough to FIX the terrible and shoddy work of a previous General Contractor who I had to fire (crooked walls, baseboards that weren't flush, spotty painting, unlevel doors). Eduardo's team was highly professional, kind and good hearted. His people are honest, and high quality individuals. Deeply skilled, and always smiling. Furthermore, they were kind enough to keep their dust and debris to an absolute minimum while my family and I were living through the renovation!!
