Recently had three rooms painted by Mike and Brian and we could not be happier! We live in an older home with older windows that needed a lot of attention. The prep work was crucial to ensure a good outcome. They sanded the walls for a good portion of the day, when the paint went on the walls looked new, and so smooth! The walls and trim look amazing, the attention to detail shows in every room. Also they are neat and tidy and show up on time, which means a lot! Mike was great from the first contact, quick to respond, professional and provided an estimate right away. Mystic Painting was the very best choice for us, we will call Mike again for future work and gladly share his name and know he will not dissapoint!!

We hired Mystic Painting to paint our entire second floor after a remodel, they were fantastic! They used a sander that sucked in all the dust so there was no mess which was awesome. Mike helped us with picking colors and we couldn’t be happier, ever room looks amazing! We will be having them come back to paint our 2nd bathroom and I can’t wait. I highly recommend them, outstanding job!

Hired Mike after seeing his work at my brothers house. He painted my entire first floor ceilings which were a mess with different colors, sloppy patch work, etc. First of all, the work he and Brian did was impeccable. Secondly, Mike was super easy to work with and communicate with. He got right back to me after my initial request and he provided a detailed quote so i knew exactly what I was getting. In 1.5 days the entire job was complete. I could not be happier with the results! They were super efficient, clean, and professional. I will DEFINITELY be hiring Mike again for future painting needs! Recently I had Mike( Mystic Painting), paint 3 1/2 rooms with ceilings, all kitchen cabinets, and all the door, window, baseboard with registers and fireplace mantel trim. I can only say that Mike and his crew were very considerate, professional, courteous and accommodating. They did a great job and I am very pleased, even though I can be tough. Engaging with Mike and Mystic Painting has been one of my best experiences working with home contractors. We hired Mike to paint the exterior of our vinyl sided home and also change the look of our stone work. Mike was incredibly professional throughout the entire work cycle. His staff was clean and neat. He showed up when he said he would and finished in reasonable time. He also was very patient with us as we make a few adjustments to our stonework. Mike and his crew were simply the best. We hired them to paint almost the entire interior of our home and they truly transformed each room. We first hired Mike and Mystic Painting Co. about 4 years ago to paint the full exterior of our home, and the results were outstanding. We purchased our home 12 years ago and had it painted inside before moving in. Over the years we have observed screws/nails protuding from the ceilings, etc. Not a major problem to address in most homes but our ceilings are about 20 feet tall in the living room and around 11 feet in our kitchen.

We contracted Mystic Painting to handle this project and we could not be happier. Mike and his team did an amazing job, showing care and respect of our home at all times. They moved everything out of the way when necessary, and draped everything in plastic sheets to protect against any paint drops. They picked up after themselves every day and vaccumed our hardwood floors.

When they erected really tall ladders to do the living room ceiling they were kind enough to replace the spotlight bulbs with new LEDs that I had been waiting to install because I could not reach.

At the end of day 3 (out of 4) Mike let us know to highlight any areas of concern, which we did using post-it notes. Nothing major.

Today is day 4 and they finished at 1:00pm. Before they left they were on hands and knees wiping the floor and other surfaces of any dust or small debris.

I work from home so I lived through all 4 days. It really wasn't bad.

11 out of 10 recommendation of Mystic Painting. I will judge all future contractors based on Mike and his team. If you need to paint your house, inside or out, give Mike a call.

Amazing, helpful, and reasonably priced! Drains Unlimited get the job done on their first trip out. If you have a drain problem, they can fix it!

We had a very positive experience with Fred. He came the same day (within a couple hours), was communicative about what he was doing and what it all meant, efficient, identified our problem (broken sewer main outside our foundation), and gave us suggestions on who we should contact in order to fix it. We would use his services again

Don't buy ANYTHING from First Energy in Wakefield, MA !!

They don't keep their promises.

I bought three (3) complete Williamson oil boiler systems in 2011 fully installed from First Energy Heating and Cooling in Wakefield, MA for my 3-family where I live. I paid First Energy $42,000 to install them. (In 2011 they were called "Fireman's Fuel".)

When I bought the three furnaces they were very nice and said "We always stand behind what we sell."

Yesterday and today the third floor furnace stopped working again. The young tenants have three young girls under 10. Their furnace was providing cold water showers only, because the mixing valve needed to be repaired as soon as possible. The problem is urgent.

When I called First Energy tonight for repair service, the owner's wife refused to service what they sold me. She said "Nobody there has bought oil from First Energy since 2021." She said "You MUST buy oil from First Energy now and be a regular customer or we WILL NOT service any equipment that we installed." You're out of warranty, out of luck.

She said "What part of NO do you not understand. Call someone else."

I asked if they would sell me the parts so I could repack the mixing valve myself, she said "No. You must buy oil from First Energy or we will not sell you the parts."

Are my expectations out of line to expect urgent repair service from the furnace dealer and installer who sold me this expensive equipment?

NOT AT ALL.

Did they keep their promises made to me when they sold me the furnaces for $42,000+ ?

NO. NOT AT ALL.

Should I HAVE to buy oil from them?

NO. NOT AT ALL. They are a dealer and an equipment installer for major manufacturers.

I stated calmly on the phone tonight that I could report them to the Better Business Bureau and warn other people about their refusal to service the equipment they install. I was not rude but firmly stated facts.

The owner's wife got hysterical and started screaming at me. We could hear the owner (Billy) listening in the background. She screamed "Go ahead! Go to Twitter or Facebook or wherever you want!" And she kept getting louder, so my wife and I had to end the call.

So... with their permission to inform you about this situation, HERE I AM.

But wait... that is not the end of the story!

I then called my tenant with the small children to get the name of their oil company. I called their oil company and asked if they could repair it soon, they said "Sure, and by the way we won't force you or them into an oil contract." They said they knew First Energy well, and that First Energy overcharged me at least 50% for installing the furnaces.

Bottom line... Don't buy ANYTHING from First Energy. They don't keep their word. They overcharge. They use strong-arm tactics. They are rude and don't care about real customers in need.

I am keeping my word to warn potential customers... STAY AWAY FROM FIRST ENERGY!!

I highly recommend this company! I’ve been a customer for many years. The office staff is very professional and responsive to every need. Over the years I’ve had some emergencies at my commercial property and my residence First Energy came running to my rescue. The level of professionalism is unmatched. They are quick to solve issues and their prices are very fair. I’m thankful I found them and recommend you call them now before the winter rush. You will not be disappointed!!!
