Reviews of local pros in Wakefield, Massachusetts

Great communication and quality painting by Junior and his team. Very responsive and quick. Highly recommended!!

Afonso and his team did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home in Charlestown, MA. Very professional and honest.

Very very Happy with Junior ‘a work !!!! My dining room came out awesome!! His crew are friendly and most importantly very clean!!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!!!

I believe one of their vehicles with plate #T82-086 hit our vehicle. I have yet to receive a phone call answering many left messages to discuss the next steps. I was willing to let them repair it without getting insurance involved. Now I have to file a police report. 1 week later this company seems a little dicey to me. Wish there was a zero star option.

I highly recommend ML Painting. They painted my older home. One of the things that impressed me was the amount of prep work they did prior to psinting. As a result when it was painted, it looked beautiful. Junior was very easy to reach and receptive. The workers were here every day, courteous and extremely hard workers. Great job. Thank you.

Working with Afonso and his crew was a pleasure. He communicated very well and nailed his time frame, which was very important to us during the Holidays. They did a great job with painting our walls and kitchen cabinets and paid attention to the details. We also had them install a built in bookcase around our fireplace and it was amazing. I definitely recommend and will be using again myself. Thanks Afonso and crew

They were pleasant, hard-working, responsive, and did a great job painting the exterior of our house and making repairs to trim. The cost was very reasonable and we never felt nickeled and dimed. When issues came up, Junior would say “we’ll take care of it” and they did! I’m very pleased we selected ML.

I had a great experience with ML painting. Our project included exterior painting, replacing some rotted trim and an old plaster breezeway ceiling, and repairing some old wood shutters. The project manager told me "we'll take care of everything for you" - at the end of the project, I can say that they really did! The team worked hard (including Saturdays) and they were flexible to our needs during the multi-week project. I'm very pleased with the results both of the carpentry/repairs and the paint job. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I got.

Junior and his team did a wonderful job for us! They painted the full interior of my beach house, 11 rooms, three levels, walls and floors. Delivered the job as promised, on time and on budget! My wife and I are both thrilled to highly recommend ML Painting!

Junior and his ML Painting team were very responsive to everything we wanted to have done.

They took the “extra step” to ensure we were satisfied and completed the job on time, at the agreed upon time and price. We are pleased with how our home looks, newly painted by ML!

Great job!

If I could give Junior and his crew 10 stars, I would!  I needed a number of new ceilings installed, other ceilings and walls repaired, the interior of my condo painted, and some additional, general repairs. They were incredibly meticulous, professional, and just an overall delight to work with. Junior was also very patient with my long list of requests and questions, and everything was "no problem".  But do not let his easy-going demeanor fool you; he is extremely professional and takes his work very seriously.  Their price was also extremely fair, especially for the size of the project and quality of their work. I highly recommend ML Painting, and Junior will always be the first person I call with any additional work.

Junior and his team were a pleasure to work with. We hired them to paint our basement and they were fast, efficient, and precise in the job. Because of this, we decided to have them do some carpentry work as well which also turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Junior and his team for any project. He will work with you to ensure you are very happy with the job!

Junior and his crew did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our large home with many nooks and crannies. They were professional and thorough the entire job; arriving promptly in the morning and cleaning up at the end of the day. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process not only with me, but with my carpenter in coordinating repair work. Our home has been transformed and once again looks beautiful! I highly recommend ML Painting and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Where do I start? Junior and his crew have been so amazing! He is easy to work with, friendly, and very professional. In addition to that, his painters do some amazing work. He goes above and beyond to help out in anyway to make the customer happy. I highly recommend using ML Painting. Also, if you need a great cleaning company. Ask Junior, about his wife's cleaning service.

Junior has done 2 wonderful projects in our house. His team just completed built in bookshelves, they came out even better than we hoped. Their paint job looks just perfect. He always shows up on time, is super professional and willing to make any changes we ask. I highly recommend Junior!

Sometimes you meet a tradesman who is so meticulous, you have to rave to your neighbors about him.

Marlo with ML Painting Plus is incredible. His crew is detailed, tidy and courteous. They show up when they say they will and work steadily. Their touch ups will please any perfectionist.

They’ve had some challenging projects at our place and have wow’ed me every time. This week it was a built in with wallpaper backing and last year our newly finished basement with floor to ceiling molding and more built-ins. I struggled to match the stair stain with our vinyl flooring in the basement, so Marlo went to his truck, mixed a custom stain and it was a perfect match.

I’ll never hire another painter.

Team 604 is fantastic! I look forward to their visit and having my home look spotless. I would definitely recommend, you won’t regret it.

Excellent work and hard working employees. They are very polite and cleaned every room thoroughly!! Thank you!!

Maura & her crew are top shelf ! They are always cheerful & pleasant while they do an excellent job of cleaning everything and they don’t miss a spot ! As I’ve told the office, if Maura’s team can’t do our appointment we will gladly postpone till she’s available !!!

We just moved to the area and working with The Maids for our first cleaning was a great experience from start to finish. Getting a quote along with scheduling the appointment was seamless and the gal I spoke with was extremely helpful and a delight to talk with. The team that came were punctual, friendly and did a fantastic job. As soon as I walked in, I could smell the CLEAN and the house was spotless. Will be having The Maids clean our new home on a regular basis . Thank you!!!!!

After a renovation and year of quarantine, our home needed help. We brought in The Maids for a deep clean and are so happy with their work. They were thorough, detailed and also very pleasant. It was wonderful to see the team make our house sparkle from top to bottom!! Looking forward to having them come back every month going forward.
