My wife and I decided to subcontract our new home on our own. Although we knew this would be a daunting task, even before the epic winter, we were confident that with the right subcontractors the project would be a success.

Jones Inc, specifically Russell Jr, has done so much more than just dig the foundation (water/septic etc to come). His ability to coordinate and quarterback all the different players during this beginning process was vital. Russ's consulting services have proven to be just as valuable as the countless hours his team spent hammering away at the frost that snuck up on us.

Bottom line, I would recommend Jones for any of your excavating needs!

Had a title 5 septic issue down the Cape, I called Jones Contracting Inc.and they were quick to respond. Russell Jones was very helpful with price comparison and helping me to understand the scope of the work. Although the Cape was a little outside their Norfolk county area they were still able to complete my project on time and before the harsh winter set in . Great Job.

Last summer I found out that I have to replace my water main from the street to my house as it was corroded. After over a year of research and interviewing different contractors, I decided to have Jones Contracting do the job. Russell Jones Jr. was my main point of contact. He provided me with a professional and detailed proposal and scope of work with competitive pricing. Russ was instrumental in keeping me abreast of all the necessary progress of the project. Jones Contracting team were knowledgeable, professional, and thorough and ran this project in an excellent manner. Jones Contracting was a fantastic company to work with. They came in and completed our job in a very professional manner, left the site better off than how they found it! they were quick and efficient. They were very accommodating with some snags that we hit and took it in stride. HIGHLY recommended, very easy to deal with and we are extremely happy with the job that they did.

Russ was the septic contractor recommended by our engineering, great recommendation, Russ knows the regulations and worked well with the Board of Health. Russ came in on budget and completed the job as he said. That was 7 year past and never had a problem. We definitely would hire him again and definitely recommend his company. I also want to say he and his staff are all very helpful and cureteous

The Jones Contracting crew did a great job connecting our town house condo units to the new town sewer system and completing the abandonment of our septic system. They worked diligently and were very courteous and accommodating to residents when parking during construction was tight. We highly recommend them for any excavation project.

Can not say as many amazing things about Jones Contracting Inc out of Walpole. Russell Jones was amazing from our first meeting! They were working on a very large excavation project in our area and we had him do some work on our yard as well. Russell was in contact numerous times and always returned our text and calls with any concerns that we had. Being new to having work like ths done we did not know what to expect. Russell walked us through each step and checked in to make sure all of our questions were answered immediately. During this past winter we had lots of water concerns in our back yard and Russell made sure each time it rained he was here to ensure our property was properly being drained during the work. He exceeded all time lines and quality of work that we had.

I couldn't recommend Russell highly enough - he made sure that he was always there for us and addressed everything in a timely manor.

They went the extra mile to not just finish the job but to re-plant shrubs, re-seed grass, and generally leave everything looking good. I would happily hire them again.

Our septic had failed title 5 and needed complete replacement, including a new leaching field. Living in the woods made the job more complex as many trees needed to be removed. Russ kept us informed throughout the project and efficiently worked through any issues that came up. He coordinated with the engineer, tree removal company, plumber, hydroseeding company and town departments. He and the on site crew were never too busy to stop for a minute and answer our questions and were always professional and polite. When getting down to the wire on timing, they showed up early and stayed late. I’m pleased to say, thanks to the diligence and attention to detail of Jones Contracting, Inc., we closed on time and are very pleased with their work!

I've never felt more compelled to write a google review than I have for Jones Contracting—these guys are truly the best of the best and you'd be silly to consider anyone else! Russ was phenomenal during our sewer connection and cesspool decommissioning, an inherently stressful and large project that he made so much easier. Russ and his team handled everything from coordinating the decommissioning with the Board of Health to permits and logistics, which was a huge weight off our shoulders.

Russ is hands down the most communicative and friendly contractor I’ve ever worked with. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and why. Feeling informed every step of the way made a big difference in an otherwise overwhelming situation.

We are beyond happy with our new kitchen completed by Cana Home. Our full kitchen remodel with Cana was finished about a month ago. The entire team at Cana was communicative and helpful throughout the process. The project was completed on time and within budget. The in house designer assisted us with layout and design ideas and helped create a beautiful kitchen. We took a wall down and opened up the kitchen to the dining room for a more modern look. Anthony worked with us from beginning to end of the project following through on all items related to the remodel. Our home is 100 years old which created a couple of issues due to the age of the home and the team worked with us to find solutions that fit in with the original design melding the old elements of our home with the beautiful new kitchen. The cabinetry is wonderful quality, the tilework looks beautiful, and we are so pleased with the finished product. We'd definitely recommend Cana!

Cana’s team recently completed a master bath renovation, did some minor updates to a second bath, and replaced the central plumbing stack and lines in our home. The decision to go with Cana came after our initial meeting with their Design Director, Brian Belmont; CKd. In addition to being a genuinely kind person who cares about his clients, we found Brian to be thoughtful in his recommendations for a design that would be beautiful and appropriate for our needs. We had attempted to move forward with these renovations in the past, but always felt overwhelmed. Brian’s comprehensive knowledge of the industry took all the worry and footwork out of it for us, which was much appreciated. Our Project Manager, Joao, kept things moving along, and was easily reachable when we had questions—regularly appearing in person to check-in and communicate on the job’s progress on site. Also a constant presence throughout the run of the project, Mackswell did a lot to mitigate disruption in our home, including: extensive and ingenious prep work to protect floors and minimize the spread of plaster dust throughout the house; shepherding day-workers who flowed in and out; and, perhaps most importantly, checking in regularly to see if we had any questions or concerns. There were also a number of subcontractors on our job: plumbers; electricians; tile guys; quartz vanity top guys, and painters. They worked very hard and we appreciated their friendly efforts to communicate with us and leave the job site clean each day. Of course every home renovation project has challenges, but issues that did arise were addressed quickly. Ultimately, we felt like we were dealing with people who took pride in their work, treated us with respect, and cared that we were satisfied with the outcome. We strongly recommend that you consider them for your project.

I recently purchased a home from Cana. They basically did a total rehab on the house before I bought it. First, the house was beautifully designed!! I often get a WOW when people walk in and see it for the first time. Second, there were a couple of things that came up only after living in the house for a bit, mostly small issues, that they responded to and fixed quickly and without question. Even when the problem wasn't small, in the sense of required more time and money to fix, they came back again, without question, and fixed it right the first time! I can't tell you how many times I have told others about what happened and how willing and available they were to get it right. Everyone tells me how lucky I am and I know they are right!. I am lucky that Cana is the company who built and sold my home to me, because they care about what they do and they want their customers to be happy with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home or anyone that needs work done on their home. You will be happy you did.
