Michael is very professional, experienced and nice. He came the same day I called, exactly on time. He diagnosed the power outage issue immediately and did a quick installation of new wire. Reasonable price, excellent work, highly recommend.

Mike is great, provides incredible customer service, and has competitive pricing. Eversource turned off my gas Friday afternoon. Mike took my urgent call Friday afternoon. He was responsive and quoted me a great price. He arrived ahead of schedule, texting to let me know his earlier arrival time. He investigated and resolved the issue. Fast forward to Friday evening when Eversource came to turn my gas back on, they continued to have an issue. I called Mike and after a ten minute conversation with the Eversource technician that did not resolve the issue, he offered to come back out to my house to fix the problem, on Friday night. He did not charge for his additional over time visit. Incredible service and quality.
