I've used Ralphie's for multiple projects recently after my former electrician ghosted me and no showed. Before i called them, I tried multiple other people who would not even call back, let alone give me a quote. Ralphies has been to me 5 times and twice to my parents (who are not tech savy but they rated them 5 stars as well). Ralphies did a new service and wiring to my shed, repaired some GFCI issues in my kitchen, fixed some breakers, diagnosed an issue that was ultimately National Grids fault, Knob and Tube work remediation on my rental and I'm currently working with them to finish my basement. They have been great. There fast, professional and reasonable. Prices are reasonable and there quotes are incredibly thorough and detailed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ralphie’s Electricians for some electrical repairs and upgrades in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Brad’s knowledge of electrical systems is impressive to say the least!

We just purchased an home that came with a lot of “handy-man” electrical work previously done. The existing problems were quickly diagnosed and he provided me with several options for repairs. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, but rather focused on what was best for my situation. Everything was more affordable than I was expecting, completed efficiently, and they took great care to ensure that my home was left as clean as when they started.

Additionally, Brad was really great with my 3 dogs and 2 children — he even allowed my 3 year old to help him with a couple of small tasks which my daughter thought was so cool and still talks about (not electrical work, the small tasks were safe!)

I can’t recommend this company enough. I will be calling them for any electrical-related need from here on out!!

Ralphie’s Electricians gets five stars from us all day long! My partner and I recently bought a two hundred year old farm house. As you can imagine there were many electrical projects that needed to be completed for safety sake. Brad was wonderful. He took out and replaced few areas in the home that still had active knob and tube. He fixed a few outlets that were not working and installed an outlet above all the fire places in the bedrooms so we could mount televisions. He was reliable and efficient. Thank you Ralphie’s Electrician’s!

Rick will rip you off so be careful of this guy. He charged me 40% more for the same job that was done by someone else a year prior. Different strokes for different folks.

John and son, were efficient, clean, and quick. They were effective in migrating me from well water to town water.

Called John Lee Plumbing based on a friends referral. Initially it was a pleasant experience. I was able to set up an appointment to have someone come and assess the job that needed to be done. The plumber came out the next day, was confident he could do the job and said hed call us back with a quote and a day a time that he could come back to do the work. We waited a week with no call back. Then we tried calling several times being assured we would receive a call back, and never did. It's been over a month mow and still no service. I am disappointed as it seemed like the company was reputable and reliable. Now I need to find yet another new plumber.

My hot water heater started leaking over the weekend. Jack came right out to check and see if it was repairable, it wasn’t so I needed a new one. His son came out on Monday morning and replaced it and all is working great now. I could recommend John Lee co more.

The guy is incredibly busy and you have to call him 3-4 times to get anywhere, but his work is professional, clean and reliable.
I had him install a gas boiler and rework all the zones in my house. The work took about a week with 4-5 people working from 8am to 4pm every day.
Ended up so beautiful I go to the basement just to look at it from time to time.
Zones are lined up nicely and marked well. Shutoff valves on each pump and junction. It's just a pleasure to look at, and works like a charm.

I feel like the quality of his work is worth the hardship of getting in touch with him.
