My roommates and I decided to have a spring cleaning done to freshen up the apartment. The customer service was great with merry maids setting up the appointment. The cleaning women did an amazing job. We will likely use them again if we need another revival from the dark depths of winter.

Likes: always being notified of timing of team arrival the day before they are scheduled, always coming home to a clean and wonderful smelling apartment.
Dislikes: not having them come EVERY DAY!!!

The team cleans thoroughly and is respectful of our furniture, etc. They use effective cleaning products that do not have a strong fragrance. We have had the same team for several years and are very happy with them. It's a pleasure to come home to a clean house!

We have been using Merry Maids for the past four years and are very happy and impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The workers we've seen these past years have all been very pleasant with a great work ethic. The times when we have asked for certain things to be done, they were always done and done well.

We have Merry maid service for the past several years. They are very dependable and come on time within a two hour window period, though I feel the period could be shortened. They are reliable and I have no problem in leaving the house open for them even if i have to leave. We are very happy with their work and have no problem in recommending them.

Please people look no further than Merry Maids of Waltham for all your needs- be it allergy/asthma related, environmental, tidiness in question, home making, interior/exterior appliances? They got you covered! Done. Professional clean outs- if not already able to do this, I’m 100% certain this specific owner - will provide legendary service just as he/she provided to me. I have been using Merry Maids for over two years and they are excellent! The cleanings are thorough and detailed. I have never had a problem with scheduling. Staff are professional and courteous. Nothing like coming home to a clean house. I highly recommend!

I was able to easily schedule an appointment. They provided the window where they were going to show up. They were on time and expertly left the house spotless in a short amount of time as well. We will be utilizing their services again.

Merry maids is reliable and they do a thorough job. It is my favorite day of the month every month! They got some burnt on food crust off my stovetop that I wasn’t able to get off after several attempts. I especially love the way they arrange my son’s stuffed animals, I always get a laugh. Very cute.

The Merry Maid Services are fantastic! They’re very thorough and leave the house immaculate. I like how they send more than one maid also, because they get the job done faster than most companies. I’d recommend them to any and all of my friends and family. Definitely worth the inexpensive services they charge for!

I had a wonderful experience with the Merry Maids of Waltham, Acton and Burlington. The Customer Service Representative who took my call was welcoming, helpful and organized. The three cleaners who cleaned my house were efficient and thorough. My house was sparkling in no time. I definitely recommend Merry Maids.

I contacted them at the last minute when another housekeeping service cancelled on me last minute. I was looking to get my apartment deep cleaned within a day or two and I requested Evelyn. She was able to arrange the same day cleaning !!! I was so impressed and the job done by the cleaner was outstanding and the price is very reasonable as well. We have used Merry Maids for several years now and I have always found them to be extremely professional and flexible to adjust schedule based on our needs and availability. I find the quality of work very good and am happy with cleaning that we have done every 3-weeks. It's very helpful for our family as we can keep up with the day-to-day cleaning, but knowing MM will do the more detailed cleaning helps our family enjoy our time off together doing FUN things versus cleaning the house.

Prior to booking a cleaning, the office staff answered all my questions, provided a competitive quote and reviewed in detail what would be cleaned in my home. On the day of the cleaning, the staff arrived on time and were professional and friendly. The staff did an excellent job throughout my home for the initial deep cleaning - they were efficient and did excellent work. I was so pleased with the initial cleaning I plan to use them on a regularly scheduled basis. The Merry Maids professionals provide a level of clean I could not achieve in my own home if I dedicated a whole day to it, this was an excellent investment to preserve my own time and provide a clean, comfortable home for my family.
