Reviews of local pros in Waltham, Massachusetts

I hired Fensu Fence several years ago to replace several sections of a cedar privacy fence. They did an excellent job. They were skilled, professional and their price was very fair. Every time I need work done on my fence or patio, I reach out to them because I am confident they will deliver. I recently had two cedar panels of a patio replaced, and Fensu, as always, did an excellent job, working quickly, efficiently, and producing excellent results at a reasonable price.

I’m very satisfied with our new cedar fence. Two friends of mine who do very precise finish carpentry work were very impressed with the level of craftsmanship and totally blown away by the speed with which the crew got the job done. The crew was super friendly and didn’t bat an eye navigating rocky soil and a tricky slope along the length of the fence. Great work!

The team from Fensu recently installed a scalloped wood fence around the perimeter of my back yard. Their price was competitive and the quality of the fence and installation was excellent. The ground is very rocky, but that didn't stop the team from digging the post holes to the proper depth. Each post is solid and reinforced with concrete. The pics speak for them self. I highly recommend. The swing set in the background is from Hearthside Patio.

I worked with Fensu in May 2022 to rip down an old wooden fence around my patio and put up a new vinyl fence. Chris was my primary point of contact at Fensu. Chris came onsite for an initial meeting and then came back a 2nd time for a meetup with the mason I was working with, as I had our patio updated at the same time as the fence replacement and wanted to ensure Fensu and my mason were aligned on the approach to the project. The project required coordination to have the old fence removed and new metal poles core drilled into my retaining wall on which the patio sits, then the mason took two weeks to do the patio, and then Fensu came back to install the vinyl fence. Fensu did all of the work on time and in a professional manner, showing respect for the property. The crew did a great job communicating with me to make sure the two gates were installed in the direction I expected them to be installed. They had to do some custom work where the patio meets the driveway wall and they did a really nice job with that section of the fence. Overall very good experience with Fensu and would recommend them to others looking for fence work. I’ve received compliments from neighbors and a couple neighbors asked me for Fensu’s contact information, which I think is high praise.

Competitive pricing, prompt response, and very professional installation team. Fensu was very helpful in answering my multitude of questions, and very helpful in resolving challenging install hurdles, thoughtful solutions that look fantastic. We did white vinyl facing the front, and then black vinyl chain link around the property perimeter. Outcome is fantastic. They were done in just a few days with this sizable project. Many thanks to Chris and his entire team.

I had a very good experience with Fensu. Chris was very helpful in helping us design our new board on board white cedar and his team did a stellar job doing the instal. They left the job site in better condition that they have found it. Thanks Chris and team.

I cannot recommend Fensu highly enough. Dealing with them was a delight from start to finish. Their prices were great, their team was responsive, they scheduled our job quickly (and the job itself was quick), the crew couldn't have been more skilled or thoughtful, and the work was beautiful. It's rare to find true craftsmen who also consider things like protecting new grass and small plants in the garden, but I found them at Fensu! Thank you so much!

Chris and his team did magnificent job. Turned my yard from a dark dingy place to a very bright inviting environment. From the gentleman who took the measurements to the installers, everything was done very professionally, I couldn’t be more pleased. All work was done in a very timely manner and cleaned up nicely, at a very fair price. I would do business again with Fensu in a heartbeat.

They were quick in responding to request

Called for a quote didn't get a call back

I contacted Medina Tree Services through a referral. After obtaining a permit from the town and meeting with Edras, his team started the work 2 days later. Edras and his team were excellent! We contacted Medina to cut down three trees and they were efficient, respectful, and very thorough. I will use Medina Tree Services again in the future. Thank you!

Great tree service, comes when scheduled, cleans up well, good communication. Used multiple times for storm tree damage.

I have used Medinas Tree Service again today for a second time. I can tell you that Edras and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They take great care in the area of where they are trimming and cutting. His rates and work ethic is top notch. I highly recommend them for any tree service that you need.

cant say enough good things about them. Great work, nice people, they function independently needing no supervison and make great suggestions and their prices are GREAT

Edras has trimmed trees for me for 20 years, and I've enjoyed seeing his business grow, but it grows because he continues to do it right. He's conscientious and professional, a magician with a chainsaw.

Edras and his team did a great job of removing some trees and stumps..as well as chipping a lot of brush and branches. Edras was very responsive , arrived on time...they were very efficient...and friendly. I will use Medina to prune/shape my shrubs next time again.
