We discovered leaking and mold in our basement that we traced back to a tiny leak from our ice maker in our fridge above it. It was only visible in the corner of our basement so by the time we discovered it the black mold was pretty bad, it had clearly been developing for a bit before we discovered it.
Once we got the leak resolved, we were able to get a quote from Nick from pictures we emailed, and then Adam and Josh were able to come and quickly disinfect and clean up the moldy areas as well as take away a bunch of moldy old parts that were laying in the area where the leak was occurring.

Marvin and Gene did a great job in my bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen ceiling now dried out (from ice dam) and ready for painting. Bathroom wall taken out and drying continues.,Everything was left as clean as possible.

Marvin was fantastic. They removed all the heavy black marks everyone else said would not come up!! On time, friendly, super professional. Thank you ServPro. Out beat pricing of most too!! I couldn’t say enough good things.

Adam, Chris and Daniel were immaculate in there clean up of our rented home basement that had an awful flood in Watertown. They were thorough and treated us like family. Thanks again guys!

Came first thing in the morning after I called at 5 am about a toilet leak that flooded my kitchen. Had to tear out part of ceiling and walls and did a great job of leaving the space super clean, as if they hadn’t been there (other than the missing parts of my kitchen). The team was Adam, Nedy, Josh, Jean, Lorema, Marvin, Fernando.

Josh and Daniel arrived on time. They are very polite and easy to communicate, and very pleasant to work with. They completed the work very quick, left the space nice and clean. We would love to work with them again.

Adam and Daniel did a great job remediating our basement bathroom after a nasty flood. They had to work with full PPE, but got the space looking like new.

We’ve unfortunately had to call ServPro out on 3 different occasions for water remediation. Each time they’ve been really responsive and made the process as painless as possible. Most recently Nick, Adam and Marvin came out and got fans and dehumidifiers going promptly and efficiently. Definitely recommended if you unfortunately have any water leak issues

Adam and Daniel did a fantastic job. There were a lot of items to clean as well as a huge amount amount of bird dander , straw etc. They were both polite and professional. The apartment look great-

Adam and Nedy were awesome! My room looks amazing, and they did such a thorough job cleaning the carpet, walls, trims, door, etc.

I took the cover off of my mattress to wash it, unknowingly there was a fiberglass liner underneath, and exposed my entire bedroom to fiberglass. I really needed a deep clean to get everything, and Adam and Nedy were fantastic.

Our basement bathroom was a sewage horror show. And the whole house smelled like sewage. Nedey & Lorema did an amazing job cleaning & disinfecting. I am so thankful!

A not-unusual story where the upstairs neighbors overflowed. Ercid and Isaac came out to handle the remediation issue. Both were kind and understanding. Also, they were clear with their questions and their plan. We only have one bathroom in our condo, so they made sure to arrange the equipment so we could use the, um, toilet. Everything was handled professionally and also kindly, if that makes sense. I would hire this team again if I need it.

Woke up to a fun surprise this morning when I was alerted that the sprinkler system in our historic barn had blown and that a ton of our historic artifacts, wagons and other equipment was waterlogged. Servepro and the crew were amazing - prompt, responsive, friendly, and informative and they rolled out the big guns to get us all sorted. Marvin, Adam, and Nick were awesome! We had our boiler burst out and put rusty water all over the finished basement floor. Nick came out to do the initial inspection, then Adam and Marvin came in to make things look good as new and put equipment. Highly recommend!

After a pipe burst in my new home, Josh and Lorema spent 3 hours making sure that all the areas with any water were appropriately addressed. They will be back tomorrow to continue mitigation of the issue. Super nice guys, and hard workers!

Fernando and Daniel came to set up the drying equipment and did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable about the water damage, worked quietly and efficiently to set up the proper equipment, communicated well, and answered all of our questions without any hesitation. We were extremely pleased with all of their work today.

Daniel, Fernando and Chris were fantastic!! They came same day when our water heater completely gave way flooding our basement. First Chris came to quote the project and then Daniel and Fernando came quickly after to set up fans and a dehumidifier. They came back after the weekend to remove the remaining flooring. I couldn't believe that they were able to move all the existing furniture and appliances without damaging anything. Highly recommend asking for this team. Positive attitudes throughout the process during a super stressful time! Thank you guys!
