Very happy with CJP from PVE. He was courteous and professional. Service performed quickly and explained what was needed in an easily understood manner. Definitely recommend his work.

We have been having problems with our upstairs heating system since last year. I met Veronica who determined we just needed new thermostat and she installed 2 new one. She was great and knowledgeable about what she was doing. I don’t play with electrical stuff . Although the thermostat were pricey, I do believe she did a great job and our heat never worked better!! Great job Veronica. I would recommend her anytime. 5 stars for her quick response, arrival time and excellent workwomenship!!

Furnace fan stopped working on a 20 degree day, and after contacting our propane supplier, they confirmed that they could not perform service. Pioneer Valley Environmental stepped up big and was on site within 3 hours after calling. Nice work Josh!!!

Nick and Dylan did an amazing job. They were on time, fast, and they took the time to explain what was broken and what they were going to fix. We highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

Anthony B. was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He made sure the job was done well and everything looked perfect when he left. He had great energy and I didn’t mind him being in my home for an entire day, and neither did my dog! :-) I will definitely be using this company again should he he need arise! I am so grateful to be able to take a bath now thanks to PVE!

My heating system failed the day before Christmas. After having an emergency appointment set with another company and them canceling on me last minute I contacted PVE who had a tech to my house within the hour. My heating system was deemed not worth repairing so I opted to have PVE install a brand new system. Luke, Nick and Steve came out to do the install and I was very impressed by their quality of work and attention to detail. Luke answered all my questions and explained what was going on and what different parts of the new system were and how they functioned. All the employees were very friendly and knew their job well going above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly. They even left my basement cleaner then it was when they arrived.

CJ P is an amazingly competent technician! He explained everything clearly, and was transparent in the pricing. We appreciated his honest, efficiency, and skill. He is a superior problem solver, and got us the answers we needed. We give CJ P our very highest recommendation!!

We contacted PVE to do line-set replacements on our Mini split system. From the beginning, the entire process was so easy. Brandon sent us a quote right away, Diane contacted us to set up an appointment, and Hunter was our guy!!! Hunter did an amazing job. Showed up on time, very polite and pleasant to deal with, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a big job, but he got busy, focused on the task at hand, and got his work done. Everything looked very neat when he was finished, and he cleaned up the entire area before he left. You wouldn't even know he had been working there all day. Hunter is a pleasure to work with, and we have confidence in him with any job he may tackle. Thank you PVE. I'm sure we will be contacting you in the future.

THE BEST!!!!!

We were fortunate enough to find this great technician Nick at PV environmental.. Nick was a very professional. he completed the toilet repair, replacing the toilet and cleaned up after himself. STSHe did all of this in a very timely manner and was a friendly person to have come into our home to do the repair. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for any kind of plumbing work that needs to be completed. thank you, Nick and to the company that he works for your one lucky group of people to have him.

I had a scheduled appointment with another electrical company and they cancelled after the anticipated arrival time. So I called PVE and they had Peter T out to my house within an hour. He was very helpful, personable and made sure the smoke detectors would comply with code. He had the work done in a timely manner. The whole process was easy. I appreciate this business and Peter very much!

From my initial contact by phone with PVE through the entire repair process, my experience was professional, courteous, and flawless. The woman I spoke with at the office thoroughly explained the billing process and arranged for the service call. She was delightful and I am sorry for forgetting her name. Nicholas, the technician was thorough and explained every step of the process, including the unexpected snags he encountered. I can't recommend PVE highly enough!

after the first quote by a technician, off his tablet, at my house, his boss renquoted with a dramatic lowering of the price, and they were able to install the wall hung Viessmann gas boiler the next day!!! Just in time for the massive snowstorm and cold weekend. They techs worked diligently and the new boiler is working great.

CJ P and Sean P were great efficient and nice guys. They worked hard, were socialable and described everything. That needed or should be done before doing it. They discussed all of the outcomes before it can happen.

Highly recommend working with these guys as they did my dryer hvac and water heater!

PVE has always done great work on my house! Most recently, our water heater broke right before we were set to travel for Thanksgiving. They were able to squeeze us in the same week and did such a wonderful job, ensuring everything was up to code. Would highly recommend if you want things done right and by friendly professionals!

Pete was pleasant and efficient. We are happy that they got us in on the day we called. It's winter still and we needed water to be running so the pipes wouldn't freeze. I would use them again.

Ryan was great! Very knowledgeable, polite, and able to assess the situation quickly. He stayed till the job was complete and we felt satisfied that the issue was resolved! Could not have asked for a better service person to help us ! We will definitely use Pioneer Valley Environmental if future needs warrant a call. Extremely satisfied with the service all around from making the appointment to follow through keeping us up to date on Ryan’s arrival time.

I called PVE for a furnace issue from a friend's recommendation. Wow! I actually spoke to a nice person in the office! Chris was able to schedule me in meeting my short timeframe. Then Josh C. arrived and on time! As he diagnosed the issues, he would call me with updates as I was out of town. He cleaned, fixed, replaced everything in record time! He made the furnace run like new! I can't say enough good things about PVE, their communication, professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency!
Anyone reading this, just call and give them a try. You will be amazed!

Had clogged sink tried to take it apart myself and fix the clog…that failed the Tech Joe T came out and fixed it no problem!!! Very nice got a text when he was 30 minutes out and he was here in 28 minutes. Gave me a quote within minutes. Not only did he do a great job he also taught me a couple things very grateful. He also charged me less then quoted because it did not take as long as estimated. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

I called PVE to make an appointment because my Water heater was leaking. I had purchased the Water heater from PVE and it was still under warranty. I spoke to Amanda who confirmed the heater was still under warranty. Amanda told me that the earliest appt. was a few days away, but she would call me back so she could try to fit me in right away. She called me back shortly and told me that she could have someone there for 12:30. Unfortunately I had a prior appointment for that time. Since the heater was not leaking badly we confirmed an appointment for a few days later. Joe the technician showed up right on schedule at 8:00am the day of the service call. He explained everything to me about how he needed to call the office about the warranty and service call. After the procedure was established, he started to work to dismantle the old heater while the new one was on its way from the office. Everything was done in a professional manner throughout the whole service call. Joe communicated everything to me really well and finished the job including testing and cleanup. I was really impressed. I called the office the next day and I talked to Chris and asked her some questions regarding the new warranty. She also was very kind and professional and answered my questions precisely. I believe that PVE is very fortunate to have employees of this caliber working for them. All three are very consumer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you very much!
