To me it doesn’t matter if it’s construction or electric it’s still Markarian. The same Markarian who said he was going to fix our lawn and never did. So whether it’s on the electrical side or the construction side which they said was closed but apparently it’s not the quality of work is still the same. My neighbor who hired Markarian before Covid was next-door less than a month ago fixing stuff you didn’t do right. And it was electrical.

If you are looking for professional, thorough, exceptional work, then Brian and his team are for you. We’ve been bewildered by the lack of customer service and professionalism we’ve been met with post pandemic. Brian was recommended to me by an acquaintance who recently had work done. We had our commercial kitchen retiled, our restaurant re-faced, new windows, new countertop. Just impecable honest work. We couldn’t even get so much as a phone call back from other contractors. Brian was always quick to respond, eager to help and address any concerns .just a really good guy!

My in-laws, my wife and I own a two family and Markarian was the contractor for kitchen and bath renovation and ac system installations. That was over three years ago and contract is still open. I would consider the workmanship mediocre to poor and there are countless punch list items that remain incomplete. Both AC systems are woefully underperforming. The entire process has been frustrating for our family and responsiveness is pretty much nonexistent to say the least. I would not recommend Markarian.
