Don’t walk, run. Maybe it’s friends and family leaving 5star reviews here as my experience is very different. An electrician came to “investigate” a few worn down outlets. Charge for just coming out $325. We are talking a couple of outlets in a bedroom not a 5000 sq ft house. After the “investigation” were told outlets needed to be replaced at a cost of $1200. This is a real quote not a joke. But the kicker is that the electrician that supposedly did a thorough investigation failed to notice some of the outlets were not connected to my breaker, they are probably controlled by the breaker in another unit in the building (it’s a condo). Who could have done such a shoddy job in connecting the circuits to the breaker box. That was done also by Markarian when it was hired by the condo board. When called to complain the answer was we don’t care go get another electrician. So yes, run don’t walk away from these jokers.

Chris from Markarian was efficient and polite. He quickly solved the problem we called them in for, and then he identified and replaced a broken switch for us when we asked about why bulbs kept blowing out in another room.

Waltham experienced a power surge that caused much damage. We used Markarian Electric. They were prompt and told us what we needed to do in order of priority and provided choices. Jerson Torres and Reiver Diaz removed the electric panel and installed a new panel. This took hours. They tested and replaced outlets, breakers, etc... The estimate they provided was clear and seemed fair. They were competent, professional and courteous. I would use them again. Thank you, also to Brandon.

Friendly, helpful, communicative and I lucked out and was able to get same day service for a home electrical repair. Brandon was great, highly recommend.

Markarian has very capable, reliable technicians who have kept our fire monitoring system going for the past 10 years with good rates. The only suggestion we'd have is greater availability to be able to talk to a technician after hours and on weekends. Rates for calls to fix a problem are too high and still charge even if problem not fully resolved.

I just opened up my business and I don't know how I could've accomplished all that without strong support from Markarian Electric Co. I installed whole new electrical infrastructure and they were there for me all along the way. Everyone from on the office and out their on job site are very understanding, supportive and professional. I strongly recommend Markarian Electric for any small or big projects.

Very professional and excellent job was done. I would use them again. They are reliable and arrived on time and stayed until the work for the day was done. They installed 4 ceiling light fixtures in our 12 ' high cement ceilings.

Scheduled a site visit with Markarian Electric for an estimate on a circuit upgrade and electrical panel review. Christian arrived within 24hrs and on time. He was very professional and explained in detail the various options.

Great service start to finish. Calling for an appointment was easy and our technician, Juan, showed up right on time. I had been trying to install a new pendent light in an old recessed lighting can fixture. However, I was unable to get any indication that voltage was flowing through the wires.

Juan came by and diagnosed the problem quickly. He took the time to explain the issue and what was needed to resolve it. The transformer was reducing the voltage to below the level needed for the new fixture. He went ahead and updated the connection and installed our light.

Juan is super friendly and we had a great conversation about some smart home wireless technology. Giving this company a call and asking for Juan if we ever need something again in the future

Was concerned with the safety of some electrical issues in the house. Spoke to owner, Eric, and he had his best guy here the next day. Juan spent a couple hours going over everything imperative to address and what could wait. Honest, quick, courteous and priced beyond reasonable. Super happy, you won't be disappointed

Christian was extremely professional, well dressed, and all around a very kind person. He came into the house with booties on his feet and put down a plastic sheet to protect the ground from getting dirty. Reasonably priced and efficient.

I called Markarian to investigate an issue where the smoke detectors in my condo were going off randomly without reason. The office staff as well as the tech were both very polite, professional, and accommodating. The tech could not find anything wrong with the detectors, so suggested one may be defective and to replace them all. I received a quote for $2,100 to "replace detectors on existing box with existing wiring". I would suggest looking elsewhere before choosing Markarian for your work, at least to compare prices. I was able to purchase the detectors myself at Home Depot for $170 and the wiring clips right in. Took me less than 20 minutes to install 6 alarms, and there is no way labor is worth over $1,900 for a job that takes less than 30 minutes. Again, the company was professional and staff were friendly, but be wary and do your own research before blindly accepting their price points.

Above and beyond expectation. We were faced with a massive renovation in our 1925 Spanish home. Shaun and his team were the most competent and experienced out of all the dozens of workers coming in and out.

The service provided went well beyond just aesthetic. Shaun Clifford's vast knowledge as a contractor, electrician and his work ethic in support of his clients is really impressive. We had to do major rewiring, fixtures, generator hook up, etc. All work was done above code and we were very very happy with their work.

Markarian Electric is the only company I will deal with from this point forward.

I worked with Shaun Clifford of Markarian Electric on a niche project adding outdoor fountains to a residence, he made a challenging unconventional project go smoothly. I highly recommend them!

Jon came out and met me to provide a detailed estimate on electric upgrades to my home. He was a great listener, and walked through the property taking measurements and notes. He even looked inside my load center and offered tips on important things to address.

While I didn't go with Markiarian in the end, I was impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, and thoroughness. Rather than trying to sell me on things, I really felt Jon was pointing out the things that truly needed to be done. I would call them again for bids on future work.

After an initial positive experience, I have now had 3 appointments canceled less than 24h before the electrician was due to arrive - despite paying for the $365 membership meant to ensure prompt priority service - each time unapologetically rescheduled a week or more out, only to be canceled again.

I can't recommend Markarian Electric enough. I needed to get an outlet fixed. I called Markarian and they were able to get me in very quickly. Jerson was the electrician who came for the service. He showed up on time, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within an hour. Their prices are very reasonable - they provide free estimates which is awesome.

Amazing service!! By far the best electrician I’ve worked with . He’s punctual, affordable, reliable, and super helpful. He suggested some products to buy on Amazon for the job and even offered to purchase them himself for me from Amazon or Home Depot to save me the time. He was willing to go above and beyond.
