Floor Refinishing reviews in Watertown, Massachusetts

Chris and his team were great to work with, very fast to respond, gave a detailed quote, got the job done in a quick time frame and did an excellent job, restoring, grouting and sealing our two bathroom floors, counters and showers. Great company!

This is a great service. They came to re-caulk and re-grout our bathroom tubs and showers. They are professional, show up on time and provide great results. It’s hard to find someone to re-seal your bathtubs and showers. I’m glad I found them and highly recommend them.

Sit Grout cleaned and color sealed the grout in my kitchen and two bathrooms. They worked quickly and were extremely professional. Before they came I had tried everything to restore the grout to its original color but had no success. My floors now look brand new!

Had a great experience with Sir Grout! The estimate was reasonable, they showed up on time for work, friendly, responsive, explained what was done, and the work looks great! I will definitely call them again.

The service was on time and very impressive. I am pleased with the results and would recommend Sir Grout to anyone who wants to clean their bathroom tiles and floor.

We have a walk in shower which we love but after 21 years, it looked aged with missing grout and mildew that could not be removed, even with bleach. We considered doing the entire shower over with new tile. very expensive. Sir grout made it look like new with their service!! Highly recommended!

The results are better than I even hoped. I had tile cleaning and grout recoloring in 4 areas, and it all looks terrific.
The initial consult with the business owner was professional and informative. My scheduling preference was accommodated. The technician was prompt, polite, skillful, and diligent. A good experience!

My bathrooms were renovated 20+ years bit thanks to Sir Grout they look brand new. I highly recommend using Chris and team.

Hired Sir Grout to reseal and grout my bathroom shower and it has been a pleasant experience. They have a professional team -- courteous, provides timely communication, and delivers great results.

I thought I’d left a review long ago because this is one company of a handful I’d recommend without reservation. Respond quickly, real people at a real company in Watertown, friendly, professional, efficient, smart, and trustworthy. High recommend.

I had a shower leak that no amount of caulk would fix. I found Sir Grout on Google, called, had an estimate in days and the work completed in a week. The technicians were professional, friendly and fast! My shower and tile floor are now mold free. I would recommend using Sir Grout to anyone looking to refresh their tile.

So pleased with Sir Grout. Wasn’t sure who to call to when we needed our grout and tile cleaned. I am so happy that we found Mr. Grout of Greater Boston. They went above and beyond to take care of everything on our list of needs. They were very prompt and professional. The quality of their work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends ( or family! ).

They were reliable, prompt, and extremely professional. They removed over 30 years of hard water scale from our shower tiles and made repairs to the grout; I didn't think it was possible! They also did a great job resealing a marble and a granite countertop. I would highly recommend them!

Jimmy was great and did an awesome job on out primary bath grout maintenance! Thanks!

I was extremely satisfied with the work of Sir Grout. Chris came out in early February to look at my bathroom and gave me an estimate which he honored 4 months later after my concerns of having a stranger in the house due to COVID-19 relaxed. Jimmy, who did the work on my tub, shower, and floors, was professional, friendly, and thorough. And he adhered to all the safety guidelines I expected. The results are terrific! The recaulking and cleaning make the 25 year+ tub and shower shine. The same with the regrouting of bathroom and kitchen floor. I researched other companies before choosing Sir Grout. I don't think any other would have matched this company from the very start to the end result.

Sir Grout is great! Communicating with Chris was seamless and Brian did great work on two bathrooms and our mudroom. Will definitely go to them for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Chris and the Sir Grout team. The were on time, professional and did a great job. Love how my bathroom floors came out!

I needed my marble countertop restored and showers cleaned and resealed, they were in rough shape about 50 year old tile. I could not believe the results when the technician was finished!! Chris Wyand (the owner) was great from the get-go very responsive and prompt from start to end. I would absolutely recommend Sir Grout to anyone who needs a little refresh in their kitchen or bathrooms!

We had a small project, but we wantd to find someone who would give it the attention and skill it deserved. Our previous contractor had laid mismatched grout in a smoehwat sloppy manner on our otherwise beautiufl backsplash. I reached out to Chris, knowing our job might not meet the minimum cost for their services (which I was happy to pay for top-qulaity work). Chris took it upon himself to find additonal opportunities for caulking and sealing in other parts of the house to make the most of the time. Chris goes above and beyond with his customer serice and their work is meticulous. I can't say enough about their professionalism and the high quality of their work. It was a pleasure working with them!

Had my marble tile re-sealed and asked them about honing a WAY too slippery polished marble bathroom floor. They recommended a simple chemical treatment which ever so softly "honed" the tile (imperceptible to look). It was super quick, not expensive and worked as promised. I now feel safe getting out of the shower. Everyone was great - both in providing the recommendation and estimate as well as the execution guys.

Everyone at Sir Grout did an amazing job on our bathrooms. They were responsive and organized and were flexible to work around my busy work schedule. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for the type of service.
