Great service from Sir Grout Boston owner Chris and great workmanship from Jimmy. My bathroom has 100 year old tile work. You can't make that look like new (and I wouldn't want it to look that way) but the re-grouting & cleaning made it look great.

We selected Sir Grout after finding so many positive reviews on Google and we're so happy we did. Chris and Brian are tremendous. From our initial visit for the estimate all the way through their courteous follow-up, the Sir Grout team was professional, friendly, prompt, fair-priced, and made our older tile and grout look even better than we'd hoped. I had a really great experience with Sir Grout! They repaired chipping grout in my shower, re-grouted along the tile/tub line, and re-grouted tile floors. Both Chris and Brian were very detail oriented, thorough, and meticulous. I highly recommend!

Exceptional. They saw that what I thought was soap scum was actually mineral build up, then they removed all trace of it, added a darkener to my dark tiles, sealed, repaired, and everything looks amazing. Also they gave me free advice about some other stone in my home that's turned out well. Absolutely fantastic. 10 thumbs up. Will use again.

Sir Grout was recommended to me by others in my town and they did not disappoint! We had a shower that was leaking due to grout that had passed its life expectancy. The repairmen came on time, re-grouted and sealed both of our showers, and everything looks fantastic. You would never have known that they were here, except that our leaky shower is now repaired! I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Chris and Jimmy at Sir Grout. They replaced the caulk around our bathtub and cleaned the tiles and grout around it too. We originally had white caulk connecting the gray wall tiles in the corners. Chris asked whether we wanted to replace that with gray caulk. We had never thought of that before, and it looks so amazing now! Jimmy also did a great job cleaning the mold and mildew that had formed in the grout and caulk. It turns out the previous owner had just caulked over instead of replacing the previous caulk, so Jimmy had to remove 2 layers. Our tub/shower is now sparkling clean and we'll definitely use Sir Grout in the future when the time comes again.

Needed some maintenance work done on two bathroom showers - sir grout was quick to respond and come out to give a free estimate which was nice since some companies charge you just to come out and look at the job. Chris gave me an honest quote, didn’t try to sell me on anything extra. Someone came out a few days later to complete the work - looked great and was efficient! Also want to note that the customer service is an A+ any comments questions concerns I had were answered quickly!

Recently we hired "Sir Grout" to clean and refurbish the tile, grout and shower in our bathroom. They did a fantastic job. The work performed was exactly as specified. Everything from the initial quote and contract to the quality of the final work was excellent. The bathroom we had refurbished is quite old but it has very high quality tile in it which is why we chose to have it refurbished. We were fortunate to find "Sir Grout" and are very pleased with their work. The tile and grout now looks like new.

In addition the real measure of a company is how it handles any issues that invariably crop up. In our case there was a minor problem where we had to request them to come back. They were extremely professional about the request and quickly returned and fully took care of the issue.

I highly recommend "Sir Grout". Both Chris (the owner) and another Chris who actually did most of the work were really pleasant and easy to deal with. I would have no hestitation in hiring "Sir Grout" again.

Just had the grout in my kitchen, bath and foyer done today. The job was GREAT. I’m a pretty heavy DIY’er and didn’t want hire out the job, but wife insisted. When done, the results exceeded my expectations and, have to say, was much better than I could have done. BTW; We did grout clean and “color” sealer in the foyer area and the floor looks essentially NEW. Super pleased. We only did the grout clean and “clear” sealer in the kitchen (they call it a maintenance clean) which was a little cheaper. While the results were great, I wish we had done the “color”’sealer to bring the floors back to New. Brian was the service tech who did our floors and he did an exceptional job. Thanks Brian!

Sir Grout did a great job of steam cleaning my master bathroom stall shower, replacing some grout that had cracked in both master and guest baths, recaulking my kitchen sink and bathroom counter with clear caulking, and recoloring the grout in the guest bath to make it a lighter color which looks great! I highly recommend Sir Grout!

We are thrilled with the transformation of our two tile showers that Sir Grout performed for us! We have a tub shower and a stall shower dating from 1976 when the house was built. Both had collected ugly grunge from long use and slapdash attempts at maintenance over the years. Chris the estimator cautioned us not to expect perfection and we were cautiously hopeful that their work would raise the bathrooms to acceptably decent looking at least. Brian and Jimmy each took one of the showers and worked hard for hours. The results: virtual perfection! Both look wonderful, sparkling and like new! Our only concern now is how to keep them looking that way. We appreciate the information on the Sir Grout website about proper cleaning products and methods etc. Thank you Sir Grout!

Used Sir Grout for the second time. Both bathrooms came out great and extended the life of the shower at a reasonable cost. Very professional and quick turnaround from quote to completion.

I recommend Sir Grout highly. I was astounded, impressed and grateful for the amazing job the tech Chris did on the horror show that was our bathroom. The grout was really gross and no matter how much I scrubbed and bleached I could not get it clean. Every time I took a shower it was depressing. But now it looks like I got a whole new shower. It looks fantastic!! Amazing.

They came out to give an estimate and showed up on time. Imagine that. The day of the work the tech showed up on time as well and did exactly what they had promised to do. We also had a few tiles put back in and our kitchen back splash sealed. He was tidy, polite, expedient and skilled.

This is a great company that is easy to work with.
