Reviews of local pros in Wayland, Massachusetts

great company to work very, very easy to communicate, responsive, and they did a good job. I had both drier vent and air duct cleaning and even though they could not do them at the same time due to snow storm, they honored the discount for the combined service.

A truly 5-star to Jonathan. The service was prompt, well-organized, and delivered exactly as promised. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail.

On time and great communication and service

Have used them multiple times to clean out our dryer vent in Brookline, MA. Always efficient and professional.

We are in Needham, and they came right out! They were spectacular—highly recommend!

Power Bees was recommended to me by a friend. I live in Newton; they were very efficient and cleaned my dryer vent in about 30 minutes. They moved the dryer, cleaned from behind the dryer and then cleaned the vent from the outside of the house. I highly recommend them!

Great service, excellent professionals in Metrowest Boston. Punctual. Good communication. I would call them again for dryer vent cleaning.

Professional and detailed oriented, they came on time to clean dryer vent in Lexington on Marathon Monday. A solid 4.5 stars.

I would recommend them and use their services again!

Fantastic!!!

Efficient and friendly!

Great service and reports. Really understood the issue and had solid recommendations for correcting it. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

PowerBees did a very through and professional job remediating an extensive mold problem in our Dad's basement before we put his house up for sale. I'm pretty picky about work we have done, so when I say they really impressed me I mean it! Jonathan and his team were very knowledgeable and good at conveying technical information to us laymen. They were careful about containing the area where there was mold so it wouldn't spread to other areas when they began treating it. Before removing mold infested built-ins (such as an old workbench), they treated the wood to kill the mold and then wrapped the items in plastic before removing them from the house. When they were finished, they left the work area in immaculate condition. Everyone on the crew was very considerate and pleasure to work with! Not only did they remediate all the mold in the basement, but they diagnosed the cause of the mold and outlined steps we needed to take to fix the underlying problem of water intrusion. You can feel confident that when PowerBees says they've gotten rid of all the mold, it's gone for good!good!

thorough, professional and imo good value, though I didn't shop for estimates

on time, prompt, efficient, explanatory, friendly

two guys, worked fast and around clutter, in and out

Javi was quick and efficient, did a great job cleaning our dryer vents.

They were incredibly rude and unhelpful to the point of being unprofessional. Prices quoted were almost 3 times what anyone else had given us. When I explained the goal of what we were doing and asked for advice on the best way to do that, I was treated as if I was stupid and too poor to be given an answer and that my question itself was insulting. I can't imagine what it must be like to work with them, but being unable to handle a first phone call would not make me confident that they will be able to get the job done in a way that is thorough and respectful and to their customer's needs.

This company was fabulous. Contacted Monday, showed up, as scheduled, on Tuesday. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Job done (dryer vent cleaning) quickly and cleanly! And a great job.
Don't hesitate to call them when needed.

Easy to schedule. Team arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.

PowerBees provided exceptional service! So happy to have clean ducts for my new home!

Services were prompt, professional and thorough. Our technician Andrey was very friendly and kind. He made sure to cover any furniture he would be working over and cleaned up any messes he left behind. He worked as quickly as possible but went above and beyond what was asked of him. I would highly recommend PowerBees.

Contacted them to have my air and dryer ducts cleaned. They gave me very reasonable price for the number of vents and returns I have and the work to be done. They showed up on time and were very professional. Work was done in a very timely manner. They made sure to move everything from under the vents and if can’t be moved they covered it. They cleaned up any dusting that fell on any surface.
The whole process was very easy highly recommend and will definitely use them again when needed

Arrived on time, and cleaned the dryer duct efficiently. Then, to my delight, only charged $199. A less-honest company had estimated @$700 for the same job.
