My furnace was not turning on. The owner came right out, identified the problem and repaired it the next day. We are nice and warm now! I highly recommend Dynasty Comfort Solutions.

I started my furnace for the first time this season and noticed a "gas" smell. I shut it down and called Dynasty. Billy came by the following day and quickly found the problem, which thankfully was nothing major. He explained everything he was testing and gave me some helpful info about my furnace while in the process. Great guy! Great service! Highly recommend!

Dynasty Comfort did a great install of a minisplit for me. Had to work some creative solutions to make everything neat and they did it exactly the way I asked.

Bill and Nick worked for almost 2 hours to fix an A/C problem that Heritage has been "trying" to get working for 11 weeks. Turns out Heritage installers had incorrectly wired the system and said the unit would probably have to be replaced (it was installed 13 months ago). I encourage anyone needing HVAC repairs or installation to call Dynasty

I was having problems with my radiant heating. Nobody was able to figure it out. I called Dynasty after several people referred me to them. Bill came out and we decided to replace the boiler. Great experience from start to finish...I was given 2 options for a new heating system and chose the tankless boiler...team showed up when they said they would and took only 2 days to remove my old system and install the new one...They even hooked up a temporary hot water tank so we wouldn't be without hot water overnight..After installation was complete pictures were sent and place was left spotless...I would highly recommend Billy and his team of guys...I am a firm believer you get what you pay for...thanks again

After much research, I opted to install a heat pump interviewing multiple contractor's and selected Dynasty Comfort Solutions. Bill from Dynasty was the only contractor to really explain heat pumps to me, discuss the many different options and helped me to decide the best option for my home. He took the time to help me navigate the interest free loan program through MassSave as well as the rebate program and provide me with all the necessary documents needed to complete the applications. His crew arrived when they said and completed the job when they said. They were clearly experienced professionals who did meticulous work and were a pleasure to work with. The very first night it was 15 degrees outside and the unit worked perfectly keeping the entire house at the set 70 degrees! Couldn't be happier with Dynasty Comfort Solutions!!

Billy and the crew were excellent, professional, fast, and clean. They finished the job fast , installing two central AC/heat pump systems in our 1830s house. Billy suggested registers that match the historic character of the house. The duct work is well positioned, and it does not interfere with our use of the basement or attic. And all done at a fair price! We are glad to ditch our window units!!!
