Frank was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and went over options. A & L Plumbing was able to come out the day I called and even though they were not able to get all the parts needed to hook up my new disposal, they left me with a working sink allowing me to use my dishwasher. They got the needed part quickly and scheduled the follow-up appointment at a convenient time. I’m very pleased with how responsive the company was and I especially liked that I could track my technician’s arrival so I knew exactly when Frank was arriving.

We were having trouble with the heat pump on our pool. They came out, analyzed the problem; recommended a small upgrade and fixed it all!

They did a decent job. Not perfect but the price was good. Idk 3.5/5 probably fair for quality maybe a 4 when you consider the price

There are not enough words to say how great it has been working with Amy and Frank on our recent issue.  We had leaking around the toilet in our lower level finished bathroom and we called in A & L.  While pulling the toilet it became clear the sewer line had backed up and Frank quickly got a line clearing company on site.

Amy and Frank worked flawlessly with the restoration company and other contractors coordinating multiple visits to address the need to remove and then replace cement to enable repair of the toilet line and installation of a new toilet flange on the new tile floor. Frank's workmanship is beyond compare. Jobsite was left spotless after every visit.

Any issues that arose were resolved quickly and effectively.

Estimates and invoices were detailed, accurate, and revised as requested for insurance claim purposes.

Communication and arrivals were timely and excellent, always telling us what we needed to know and what to expect.
