We have worked with Bill for the last three years on multiple projects - from tearing down a house and building a new one to mundane plumbing projects in our old house - he has always been punctual, detail oriented and very thorough. Frank was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and went over options. A & L Plumbing was able to come out the day I called and even though they were not able to get all the parts needed to hook up my new disposal, they left me with a working sink allowing me to use my dishwasher. They got the needed part quickly and scheduled the follow-up appointment at a convenient time. I’m very pleased with how responsive the company was and I especially liked that I could track my technician’s arrival so I knew exactly when Frank was arriving.

We were having trouble with the heat pump on our pool. They came out, analyzed the problem; recommended a small upgrade and fixed it all!
