We used Brown Chimney to repair our broken gas fireplace. It was not a simple fix but the technician was so professional and determined that he eventually figured out what was wrong and it’s now working perfectly. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

The technician was on time, polite and did a very thorough cleaning on a very dirty boiler. He also cleaned up nicely after himself. The boiler looked like a shiny new car. The washer and dryer near by was also wiped down nicely.

I say AY doing a neighbors chimney cap and asked him for an estimate. He was finished there and said he could do the cap now as he had the correct one with him, so I hired him on the spot and he ws finished unless than an hour. He also inspected the fireplace and found it "crystal clear" (clean).
He suggested that the chimney needs a new crown and offered an estimate.
Would not hesitate to hired him again; he is professional and very pleasant.

Joe and John were very professional. I had a cap installed on my chimney and the crown fixed, later they added a lining. Both men answered all my questions and cleaned up after the job was completed. Five stars to Joe and John. Thanks -Michealene.

Jonathan just completed inspection,

Highly recommend these guys for chimney work. John was the one who came out to service our two chimneys. He had exactly what we were looking for: an itemized list of services and costs per service we could pick and choose what suited us best, and thoughtful advise to go with it. We also needed a custom chimney cap fabricated, and he was able to come out and install it as soon as it was available from the manufacturer (right before a major rainstorm, too!). One of the most courteous and professional people I've worked with; great company.

I had an issue with leaking through my chimney and went with this company. I had initially gotten a quote from another company and went to Brown's for a second opinion. They did a much more thorough evaluation / inspection and explained everything very clearly. Pricing was comparable to other company as well. Work was scheduled quickly despite it being around the holidays. Work completed in one day. No surprise charges. Great communication and would recommend again, especially John!

Super fast getting an appointment for an inspection and they arrived on time! AY was efficient and knowledgeable. He even took a photo of my kids snow note from the roof for me! Will definitely continue to use Brown.

Tom took care of all the details for chimney removal. Two extremely competent guys came and did all the work in a few hours. They expertly repaired and shingled the roof where the chimney had been and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. These folks are pros.
