It was a very smooth experience working with plum ProExteriors for a new entry door .They kept me updated with delays from the manufacturer and installed as soon as they received the door. The installation crew of two people were extremely polite, clean and easy to communicate with. During the work, our porch light was loose and fell down and broke when they tried to move it (not completely their fault, I hadn't installed it properly). They kindly installed a new light for me at no extra labor charge, which I found extremely honest and thoughtful as electricians don't come cheap! Overall, highly recommend them for your exterior needs.

Stephan and his team were great to work with and I would definitely hire them again! During the walkthrough, Stephan answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what the work would look like and what I could expect. Once we agreed to the plan, we were able to get scheduled fairly quickly, which was a bonus considering the roof repairs and the wet/snowy weather in December. The work was done quickly and professionally. And Plum's whole team were in constant contact to keep me updated & followed up with lots of photos showing the progress & end result.

Over the years, we've hired multiple pros to try to fix some persistent roof leaks - all of them were happy to charge us for their time, but nobody has done as thorough of a job as Plum Pro Exteriors did. I'm so grateful I can finally feel confident in the quality of these repairs!

Plum ProExteriors worked on our house last summer(2025). They redid our roof (with an extension over a bay window) and replaced gutters. Pulled off layers off vynyl and wood siding, wrapped the house with a weather barrier, added insulation and then resided it. They, also, replaced a sliding door. They did amazing work from the sales to the managers to the workers on the job. The were very receptive to on the spot changes including replacing wood panels. They were very efficient, respectful and reliable. The workers would arrive by 7 AM and sometimes still be working at 7 PM.

We have been very pleased with the outcome and would definitely reccomend them to others.

I met with Yuk about 3 years ago and I knew right away I wanted his team to work on my exterior project in Milton. Yuk and the team demo'd all existing siding and fixed any areas that had rot, re wrapped the house, did all new james hardie board siding, pvc trim, built a portico, replaced doors and windows. He and his team came highly recommended and it was clear why. He answered all of my questions, was very up front with pricing and his proposals. The contract laid everything out crystal clear and any change orders or out of scope work was agreed to before any work was done. The craftsmanship is incredible and any contractor that comes to my house makes note of how good it looks. The team communicated well and Yuk and the team lead were always available to talk to me and work through any issues or changes that we wanted to make. I am very happy with the exterior work we had completed at our house in Arlington. To start Yuk and his team are extremely communicative and hard working. When I got my estimates I compared companies and to help me decide Yuk brought over his mobile showroom to give me ideas about window trims and various materials. As a homeowner that helps a great deal especially when you can see them up close. We decided to do our 1928 Tudor style home over with James Hardie 7 inch exposure shakes to get them as close to original as possible. The original cedar shakes were showing wear and had alligator patterns from the previous owner continuing to paint again and again. The process for our house took extra long with all the detail work that went into specifically the front but Yuk listened when I said I wanted it recreated and not modernized. They came in with a very competitive pricing and now after working with them I would have gotten even my windows from them had I known they do windows as well. His team works extremely long hours in the spring and summer and unlike many clean up after themselves. Really nice guys and with any issues they listened and fixed whatever I needed. We had an accident at the house after install and Yuk was responsive to send his guy over 8 am on a Saturday to make a quick fix for me. And that's why these guys are better than the rest. In the future the only thing I would change is prepare for the noise that comes with removing all the exterior before install and also take things like frames off the walls when doing this work but other than that I was happy with our finished result. We also used his friend Tom from Elite Gutters to do copper gutters and overall we get neighbors stopping regularly complimenting our house. Very high quality work and hard working team would hire them again.

I saw a yard sign for Pro Plum Exteriors at one of my neighbors homes and watched their renovation project unfold. I was impressed with the outcome and decided to hire Pro Plum Exteriors to fix two garage door trims that had been hit by cars backing out of the garage. I had had work done like this before and was very disappointed But Pro plums did the job perfectly. I’m very happy. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves and were very easy to deal with, I will definitely hire them for future projects.

The project was extremely well executed. The Sales Manager was excellent and communicated daily with us about the project and made sure even with a few mishaps which were corrected to our satisfaction. Overall the Crew and the Project Managers were very professional and on time everyday as the weather permitted. We had a total roof replacement and our porch replaced. Could not be more happy with the results. We would highly recommend Plum Pro Exterior and without hesitation work with them again. We now have the best looking house house on the block.

Frank is responsive and conscientious. He gives quotes that are fair and he works hard. We have an old house with some special considerations. He is a creative problem solver and makes sure you are happy with the results. He always leaves the area clean and is a pleasure to have around the house.

Called Frank early Saturday as power had gone out. He called me back within 20 mins and was at our home within an hour. He quickly solved the root cause and got it all fixed. And he was good value for the time he had to spend. Highly recommend.
