He shows up when he says he will, he will diagnose the issue you are seeking help for better than other plumbers and is fair price wise. I’ve been working with Fei Plumbing since 2009. The work ranges from routine tasks (replacing faucets) thru emergency calls (replacing a broken water heater) to a complex bathroom renovation. In all cases, the work has been excellent! Robert is realistic and reliable about work schedules, and careful about cleaning up after the job is completed. I was particularly pleased with the outcome of a bathroom renovation. Robert was very thoughtful in considering some unexpected issues that only emerged after walls were opened and was meticulous in making sure all work was up to code. Fei Plumbing gets my highest recommendation. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Fei plumbing was referred to me by a friend because the plumber we used in the past moved out of state. I was one of the best referrals ever. Our Hot water started leaking and flooding our basement. Mr Fei said turn off the main and I’ll see you in the mourning. He can early and went to work but noted the water heater was relatively new. He contacted the manufacturer and they gave us a new water heater at a drastically discounted price. Saving us hundreds of dollars Mr. Fei Did not have to do that and I would’ve never known but he did. I would refer him to anybody for their plumbing needs.

Good communication, professional service, fair prices

Wellesley P&H did a great job for us fixing our plumbing problem. They came up with an interium solution until the correct parts arrived so we could continue to use our shower!

Fantastic service to replace an old HVAC system. Bob was great to work with and very informed on all the new systems and specs and what would be most effective for our home. Bob was also able to start the work quickly before the Summer of '23 heat wave really kicked into high gear. Chris and the installation guys were super-professional, punctual, cleaned up after themselves each day, and went above and beyond in building a new wooden platform for the air handler in the attic as well has placing it in a new direction to be more logical and easier to maintain. They also built a great new neat and level platform for the outside compressor. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing/HVAC-related work.

We used Wellesley Plumbing and Heating to install a completely new HVAC system. That new system replaced our existing air conditioning system that was installed in about 2018 and the heating system that was installed in 2001. They installed this new system within two weeks, and we are very pleased with its performance. Bob Lynch was very easy to speak to, informative and answered every question.

I was delighted by the responsiveness, professionalism, quality and excellent service provided by the team at Wellesley Plumbing & Heating. We had an urgent need during an extreme cold snap to replace an old furnace located in a difficult space in a small apartment. They sent someone to look at the furnace the same day we called, the team then quickly assessed the situation, and was on site within a few days replacing the furnace and also repairing some problems with the hot water heater that they noticed while working on the furnace. I was particularly impressed at the responsiveness of Matt Lynch, who coordinated the work, answered questions and kept me informed on the status of the work by phone and email every day.
