Reviews of local pros in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Tom and Esteban were awesome. Very polite. Explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions. They worked well together and cleaned up everything when the project was finished. I'd definitely use them again.

Joe did an incredible job installing new stone and shoring up our old, sagging hearth. He was very professional and knowledgeable and really cared about making everything look beautiful. Would definitely hire again.

They are incredibly unprofessional and didn’t show twice after two scheduled appointments after first scheduling a week in advance. We just needed a chimney inspection and we are now moving on to someone else. My neighbors and I have been looking for chimney help but Brown chimney will not be who we will be using. Find someone else!!!
The photos are of our two scheduled appointments that were verified.

We had Tom from Brown Chimney work on our Chimney in Framingham last week and he was great! Punctual, friendly and fast service, we got a crack in our fireplace repaired, the chimney swept clean and the top of our chimney replaced! Highly recommend the professional service.

First-rate service. It’s rare to find a service professional as courteous and attentive to detail as Tom. He provided a clear explanation of the work that was needed along with transparent pricing. And the execution of the work was top-notch, even when some complications were encountered on-site. Deserves the highest recommendation.

Fantastic, hard working, always willing to do extra, when asked, such nice people! Thank you Fresh Nests!

Priscylla and her staff were extremely diligent, professional and true miracle workers! They left our pretty grimy house absolutely spotless!!

It has been a pleasure working with Priscylla and team for the past few years. They are professional, trustworthy, and always do a great job! We trust them completely with our home.

The crew is always on time, super hardworking, and leaves my home impeccably clean! Priscylla and team are very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The Team from Fresh Nest does a fantastic job cleaning our house. They are always on time. They work very efficiently from the moment they arrive. They clean the places that many housekeepers often ignore. They do a wonderful job in our kitchen, and all of the bathrooms. I always feel great after they leave since the house is SO Clean, the wood floors anre shining, and the house feels so refreshed. I would highly recommend them for your home.

I like businesses that are upfront about their pricing and this isn't one of them. Their quote doubled and they added a 8% charge for using a credit card which is absurd. My rug also didn't look any different. I wanted to support a smaller business but will go back to Stanley's

Do not use these guys. Called them to have carpet, sofa and chair cleaned and they quoted me $177 for all 3. Made appointment for today at 10 AM. At 10:45 they had not shown so I called and they said they would be there before noon. They called me before noon and said that they had been trying to reach me (I carry my cell phone at all times) and they would be there around 1 PM. A very young man came and said that he will give me a quote before he starts. Told him that I already got a price 2 days ago. He sat down and calculated a new price of around $350 and if I wanted a deep clean, it would be about $450. They are a scam. I told him to leave.

I used this business for carpet cleaning a room and a set of stairs. Their tech managed to park next to my one car in an otherwise empty 8 car driveway and dent the rear quarter panel when taking something out of their van.

What’s worse is that they then denied this after, despite video showing no dent before they arrived. I’ve been waiting for a call back from a manager “who’s done with their meeting in only 30 minutes” for 5 days now after multiple calls.

Harold, Jared, Marvin, Raymond, and Dillon executed a fantastic job cleaning our carpet in our Wellesley apartment. The extraordinary service provided by this carpet cleaning team is something that cannot be ignored. Keep up the amazing work!

got a call that marvin from best wellesley carpet cleaning had an earlier opening and could come by sooner, which was fantastic! he was very professional and efficient. did an incredible job on the carpet cleaning and was impressively quick. will certainly be using their services again!

best wellesley carpet cleaning did an impressive job on a few of my carpeted rooms which i was certain i'd need to replace. i was astounded by the results! they were exceptional and highly professional. i'll definitely be calling on jared and nathan in the future for all my carpet cleaning necessities! great job guys, a well-deserved 5 stars!

I had Nathan from Best Wellesley Carpet Cleaning come over and I was incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service. He not only outlined the process he was undertaking, but also provided extra advice and techniques. I highly recommend using their services, their staff members like Nathan are timely, proficient, supportive, and polite. They did a fantastic job worthy of a 10/10 rating!

Jared and Jorge from Best Wellesley Carpet Cleaning communicated effectively, letting me know when they were en route, and demonstrating great regard for my home throughout. They guided me through the carpet cleaning procedure and clarified the billing comprehensively before concluding. These gentlemen tidied up perfectly before departing and were truly courteous. My carpets are significantly cleaner, and my home in Wellesley feels incredibly refreshed.

Nathan and Jorge from Best Wellesley Carpet Cleaning were truly exceptional! They courteously advised us that completely removing all the stains from our old and dirty carpet in Wellesley might be a challenge (which we were ready for), but to our joy, they managed to do it! Both were knowledgeable, skilled, polite, and we couldn't be happier with the result!

We had a tough tea stain on our carpet that I attempted to remove using three different store-bought carpet cleaners along with a mixture of Dawn and vinegar. Unfortunately, these only made the stain worse and spread it out more. When the tea spilled, I did try to blot it up right away with Resolve, and it looked fine at first, but under brighter light, the stain was still visible. Thankfully, Wayne came in and worked his magic to completely remove it! I honestly thought my carpet was ruined. We're so grateful for Wayne's expertise. We highly recommend this service to anyone needing help with tough stains!

Conner was proficient and thorough. My carpet hadn't seen a good scrub in quite some time, but now it looks as good as new thanks to Best Wellesley Carpet Cleaning. Conner first tackled it with a stain remover, then proceeded to deep clean the carpet. He completed the job in a timely fashion. Plus, the cost was quite fair. Thank you, Conner.
