Alex gave us a competitive quote on installing a whole house water softener system. He was easy to book with, on time, responsive to our questions and left the spaces he worked in very clean. In addition, Alex reached out to check in on our system and even drove back to our home at a time that was convenient for us to review how to manage it. I would recommend Alex 100%.

We were in a bind. Our Refrigerator died 10 days ago and the delivery for the new one was today. We discovered during delivery that our water/ice shut off line was broken. Install was interrupted. I called Alex and he was able to come a few hours later. Can't thank him enough. He helped my husband move the old fridge to the deck. I highly recommend Alex!

Very impressed. We had a leaking toilet that wasn't easy to fix, but what impressed me was how Alex stayed with the situation, kept us fully informed, appeared when he said he would and finally resolved the issue. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I reached out because I just moved into a new house and needed a plumber for general upkeep of my heating system. They were very quick to respond and very helpful even though they do not service the model system the previous owners installed. They kindly referred me to other local businesses that could help me. Very professional and friendly. I was pleased with the transparency and communication throughout. Alex is cheerful and upfront about his work, which was a refreshing change from previous plumbers we've used. The work done was stellar! My only complaint is I have no idea what the words on the invoice mean - though, I think that is more a comment on my inability to understand anything I don't want to. :) Professional, friendly, affordable. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again.
