We were in a bind. Our Refrigerator died 10 days ago and the delivery for the new one was today. We discovered during delivery that our water/ice shut off line was broken. Install was interrupted. I called Alex and he was able to come a few hours later. Can't thank him enough. He helped my husband move the old fridge to the deck. I highly recommend Alex!

A.W. Dale Plumbing and Heating came through for us when a frozen pipe gave us a watery surprise this winter. From the first call to ask for help to the completed job, Alex and Katie were a pleasure to work with. Very impressed. We had a leaking toilet that wasn't easy to fix, but what impressed me was how Alex stayed with the situation, kept us fully informed, appeared when he said he would and finally resolved the issue. The experience was the most painless I have ever had with this kind of situation and all credit to Alex's professionalism, competence and positive and helpful attitude towards his customers.

They are very knowledgeable and kind. I reached out because I just moved into a new house and needed a plumber for general upkeep of my heating system. They were very quick to respond and very helpful even though they do not service the model system the previous owners installed. They kindly referred me to other local businesses that could help me. It made me want to use them for any future plumbing and filtration jobs. That's the kind of great community service and customer care you only get from a local business!!

Very professional and friendly. I was pleased with the transparency and communication throughout. Alex is cheerful and upfront about his work, which was a refreshing change from previous plumbers we've used. The work done was stellar! My only complaint is I have no idea what the words on the invoice mean - though, I think that is more a comment on my inability to understand anything I don't want to. :) Professional, friendly, affordable. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use again.
