We LOVE our new landscaping!

Lucy and Nate were amazing to work with. They were very thoughtful about every aspect of this project, from design to installation to care, and the intentions behind it all coming from a place of respect for the natural world, and a desire to partner with, rather than work against, our environment. I can't overstate how much happier I am to pull into my driveway and see the beautiful design and know that these plants will create their own ecosystem for the other creatures that live around us. Our neighbors and even our delivery drivers have all complemented the work that Reimagined Roots has done. We are really so pleased and excited to continue to work with Lucy and Nate and team.

Reimagined Roots has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We have done multiple projects with them including redoing the front yard landscaping and building a gorgeous curved floating deck in the backyard. They are also doing the ongoing maintenance for the front yard landscaping. Lucy makes the design process fun, easy and collaborative. Lucy and Nate are both very easy to communicate with and show up when they say they will. They definitely go above and beyond to deliver expert results with a first class experience. I can honestly say that not only have I absolutely loved everything they have done but the process has been so much fun! So happy I found them and I’m excited to work on more projects with them in the future! Highly recommend!

Finally, a landscaping company that can actually create a well thought out garden and not just cookie cutter shrubs and hostas. I am so pleased with the work they did. Lucy and I spent a long time going over the space and making suggestions as to what plants will thrive and what colors we want. The report she sent had ideas and options which helped me design exactly what we needed. Rachael and Carly, the two lovely young ladies who did the planting, worked harder and faster than I ever expected. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable with everything they did. I am very pleased with the all of the work. I feel like this company is a rare find. We will be using them again.

We had a fantastic experience working with Reimagined Roots on our greenhouse installation. From start to finish, their communication was excellent — always clear, prompt, and helpful. Just finished a challenging design and planting of a slope behind our home. Reimagineed Roots did a super design and were easy to work with on the details, includng plant selection. The best part was the crew that did the installation: Steve and John. They knew their business, helped us make some final decisions, and fully supported our feedback. Steve and John went above and beyond in what and how they completed this project. The kind of people you'd have over for dinner, and the kind of quality, hard work, and attention to detail we have rarely seen. Couldn't be happier! We have already decided what future projects we can have done with this crew and this company.

Just completed a lawn enrichment and overseeding project. Once again Steve and John did great work under challenging circumstances. They took on a crabgrass full builder's lawn. They have begun converting it into a rich and sustainable landscape without chemicals. Because of their attention to detail, it survived the recent nor'easter and is already looking good. Looking forward to having them come back in the Spring!

I cannot say enough great things about Reimagined Roots. They are amazing! They installed a beautiful pea stone patio for me. Their knowledge, dedication and customer support are far an above one of the best experiences I have had. They are responsive, creative and fully committed to doing a great job. I more than recommend them and will continue to use them!

Lucy and Nate came up with a gorgeous plan to beautify our backyard with native plants and new pavers to replace our crumbling century old brickwork and weeds. When we had a blip due to foundation issues, they generously recommended experts and graciously are waiting for those issues to be repaired before continuing. Highly recommended!
