These guys are great. Our go to moving forward. Excellent communication throughout. We needed some work done on our furnace and they came the next day, diagnosed the issue and explained everything very clearly. Once they completed the job and left we still had a little issue… they came right back at no charge and made it right. It was just a simple thing and they fixed it right away.

    Highly recommend

I had a new steam boiler heating system installed by Omar from DeWolfe. His team arrived on-time and began removing my nearly 20 year old system and installing the new one. They completed the job in 1.5 days, which was great. After the work was completed, Omar made sure all my radiators were working well and fixed one that was found not working in my children's room. Afterwards he brought me down to the basement to give me a rundown of safety and operation. He answered all my questions and was professional and knowledgeable. I now have a happy warm home and it all came at a more affordable price than some other large, local competitors. Ryan assisted me with the quotation process and he also was courteous in answering my calls and answering any questions I had before feeling comfortable in moving forward. No pressure sales, just helpful and available. So thank you to everyone involved, I will recommend you to anyone who asks.

Bought a home that did not have AC and contacted DeWolfe for evaluation and installation. Very impressed with the quoting process. Within an hour they had all interior spaces measured and an assessment for the size unit needed both upstairs and downstairs. I had a quote the next day. They offered advice on unit selection of brand and were helpful making the choices. Since we had a month before we were going to move in they were able to install a downstairs mini split and an upstairs central system in the attic. All work was completed before move in date and the attic entry area was clean after the work was completed. Only complaints are, the system is not tied into the previous installed Nest thermostat so I can’t adjust it remotely. Also, I checked the attic unit to see what filter to keep on hand and discovered no air filter had been installed. Still, overall happy with the work and timeline for completion.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! had an emergency, sent a tech out that had no knowledge of diagnosis of a well pump issue, was unable to make any diagnosis at all, was only at my home for 15mins and I am in they exact same place I was before they came... correction, minus $225... originally the tech thought it would only be a $99 charge (which i was ok with) because he was here for less than 45min (their policy), after speaking with Luke he was told to charge the full amount... I don't fault the tech, he was nice enough, but the company was told ahead of time we had a well and sent someone unable to deal with it... as far as I'm concerned, all factors should have been taken into consideration since literally nothing was done... bad business decision on the part of the company and as a homeowner that works for a large local business I will discourage anyone from using this company... should have done the right thing

UPDATE: spoke to Victoria and after speaking with Luke, the decision was made to refund the money... I appreciate them doing the right thing in the end

The employees that have been to the house were courteous and timely, sometimes coming in the evening just to get the heat working until they came to replace the unit. Richard was very helpful yesterday, not only replacing the faulty part but fixing the radiators in the second floor that were not functioning. The office staff on the other hand needs to be more professional. Not only do they not call back and we have to chase after someone, but they continuously call the wrong number even after numerous attempts to have them fix the accounts. They came highly recommended but if I only had to deal with the office I would definitely pass.

Maybe teach your drivers how to drive through residential neighborhoods. Driving through a stop sign while on your phone is not good representation for your company, or maybe it is looking at your other reviews.

Happened over on the West Boylston side of Worcester today, if you know who does that route. It's a holiday and there are kids out. This guy couldn't even be bothered to look at the road. That's on you when he hits a child.

As I dislike leaving negative posts, this company has person(s) that need a 'kick in the tail'! I got Dewolfe's name from 2 sources, my propane supplier and the Rinnai website. Rinnai offers both propane and natural gas heating appliances. When I made the appointment, I specifically told the woman that this Rinnai Heating Appliance is over 20 years old, so make sure the Tech is qualified to work on an older unit. I gave her the model # and the Google search to identify the issue. "Oh that's important" she says, "the more info the better"! So, Rich shows up thinking he's repairing a water heater? So the woman dropped the ball or whoever gave the work order to Rich dropped the ball! Rich has never worked on this unit, so they sent an unqualified Tech! It took him 45 minutes to just take off the cover. I shared with him my Google search and to verify he punched info into his phone and came up with the same diagnoses. He pulls the part out in 45 seconds, he calls Rinnai rep who tells him there is a repair kit, total parts about a $100. Rich calls the office numerous times and is on hold 25 minutes, until Jeff finally calls him back. I make an appointment with Jeff for 8am the next morning to discuss a new unit, maintenance on a heat pump etc. Jeff pulls a NO-SHOW, NO-CALL. As Rich was leaving I told him I'm leaning towards repairing the unit versus replacing. Now the kicker, I was quoted $99 for a diagnostic visit, Rich says I owe him $250? I tell Rich I was quoted $99, he states that's for 45 minutes, I state back that it took him 45 minutes just to take the cover off! That I'm not paying $250 and that I don't have to pay for him being on hold with his office 25 minutes. He asks if I will pay $200 and the $200 will go towards the repair, I give him a check. This was over 2 weeks ago on 11/10/25 and I've yet to hear back from anyone from DeWolfe? How can you recommend a company like this?

Called DeWolf to talk about changing a water mixer at the boiler. I sent them PHOTOS TO AVOID A PERSON COMING AND NOT DOING ANY WORK. With the photos, they could see this was a "PLUMBING 101 EASY REPAIR." Just bring the same mixer and change it. It's called Plumbing 101 that any plumber trainee could do. KILL THE WATER MAIN, DRAIN THE SYSTEM, CHANGE THE VALVE, AND REFILL THE SYSTEM, TEST WATER TEMP.. They arrived on Friday, looked, and said yes, it can be changed. I asked him if he brought the part, and if the office gave him the photos? He said no, so therefore he didn't have the VERY COMMON mixer in his van. He quoted the job at $757.10 to do the job and said he would be back on Monday. He needed to order the mixing valve from a warehouse. Keep in mind that my local three suppliers in my same town stocked the valve. Plus, Home Depot stocked the valve. He told me that the same valve at Home Depot was made differently and of lower quality. I called the valve mixing company, and they said they were all the same that they sell to all suppliers. I did approve the estimate, and Monday came. I called DeWolf and asked when the plumber would be arriving today. They told me they were working out of the Cape Cod office and didn't know if the valve came in at the warehouse, and they would call me back. I waited and then called the secretary to call me. She stated that she was still waiting for information on the valve. I canceled my agenda on Monday because I was told the plumber would be arriving. I also called three suppliers near me, and they all had the valve in stock. After not getting clarity on the job, valve location, I asked DeWolve who bought out the company because Gary DeWolf, the original owner, would not have operated this way. She said the tw sons took over the business. WELL, THAT TOLD ME ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW. I CANCELD THE JOB. Jump forward two hours, and I get a text that says the plumber was on his way. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THE RIGHT HAND HAS NO IDEA WHAT THE LEFT ONE IS DOING!! NOTE: The worker was very courteous.
