This plumber lives on the reputation created within the community a generation ago. I wouldn't hire Junior to flush my toilet. They are expensive and do very shoddy work. There are much better options in all the surrounding towns and cities.

This company has the worst customer service I have seen to date. We called the company for over 3 weeks to get someone to come see the job. Every time you call you get an sneering service that promises to pass over the message.but it appears it takes weeks for that to be answered.
We finally get a plumber to come over and wh says onec he hears from our plumbing inspector he will give us a quote and get to work.
We patiently wait for a week because it was the holiday season and then come Monday we call him and he says he will have to pass on the job becaue clearly we don't know what we are getting into.
This is so unprofessional This company wasted almost a month of our precious time. He could have said no to the job first time he saw it instead of giving us a run around.
Warning to anyone hoping to use this company, save your time and look elsewhere because you are likely to be very disappointed

Finding a plumber that completely understands your emergency is so important. Dave was super responsive on a Sunday when a pipe in my house sprung a leak. He get to my house really quickly...fixed the issue and followed up to make sure it was OK. I thought plumber charged more on the weekends, but I don't think he did because the cost was very reasonable! I know it is easy to call one of these giant plumbing companies...but having a smaller company pays off when they know how important your emergency is.

We have used Eagan Plumbing many times over the years, both in emergency situations and scheduled/non emergency plumbing and heating needs. Professional and fantastic service every time!! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Dave from Eagan Plumbing is very professional. We had some issues and called Eagan plumbing Dave was out within a few hours and he explained everything to us in detail and resolved the issue. Definitely would recommend and we have found ourselves a new plumber.

For 7 months, since we moved into a family home, my husband and I have been going to the basement to turn the water on and off between every shower. Two plumbers looked at the leak in the years before we moved with no solution. Tony and Joshua came out today to inspect all the plumbing in the house and look at our two known concerns. Within a very short window they had inspected, explained, suggested, and written up quotes for the two biggest issues (shower and water main). Every item was listed and explained in detail, including the why not just the what. Shortly after, Seth showed up and the three of them tag teamed our issues same day.

Fully transparent, incredibly professional, respectful of our house, and extremely personable. Caleb was helpful throughout booking the visit and Caitlin called this morning to confirm arrival time; when I didn't answer she left a voicemail and called our other number to tell my husband and make sure we knew.

Prices are very competitive with no sacrifice to the work quality. They gave us plenty of tips and suggestions for next steps - things they could have charged us for, but they aren't in the business of bleeding every penny out of the customer. The main goal was truly to help us in any way they could using their expertise.

We will be using Blue Owl to finish all of our needed repairs and emergencies for years to come, and are thrilled about the Blue Owl Club. We have great peace of mind after today.

We had to have the main drain line looked at and it needed to lined. We also needed some valves replaced. Caleb and the guys at Blue Owl were very respectful of my house and time. Communication was as fantastic throughout the whole process. It wasn’t a cheap repair but the professionalism took some of the sting out of it. Would 100% recommend.
