Truehome gave me a fair estimate for my roof replacement. Communication was great. The staff worked hard. They protected my plants and deck from debris and cleaned up afterward. Definitely recommend.

A large section of my roof gave way at the start of winter weather. The folks at TrueHome had me sorted out in no time. Super easy folks to work with. They were prompt, communicative, and got the job done ahead of schedule. I found their work to be of the highest quality and I cannot recommend them enough. The financing option was super helpful since I had no budgeted for this at all. Getting a new roof is a drag for sure, but John and Zach made it was good a situation as it possibly could be. John Sullivan, True Home put on a new roof, new windows, and beautiful vinyl siding on our home. We were very satisfied with the end result. True Home did an outstanding job & we would highly recommend John and his True Home team.

John spent as much time with me as I needed to help me make the choices for new doors, siding, shutters, and gutters. He even pointed out suggestions that I didn’t think about but love. They let me choose when the job would get done based on my availability. The crew were very hard workers and someone was always checking on the job. The price was reasonable and everyone was always pleasant. I highly recommend them.

We went out to bid to have our house resided with James Hardie siding. This particular siding requires a certified/ qualified James Hardie installer. When John and his son Nick met with us to explain the process, my wife and I felt very comfortable hiring them for the job. I can’t say enough good things about Truehome. Professional and personable, excellent customer service, pays attention to details and does extraordinary work with their subcontractors at a good competitive price. I can honestly say I’ve never seen a crew work this hard with skilled James Hardie craftsman. It actually came out better than we thought it would. A++ to John and his crew! I highly recommend them.

We are happy that we hired TRUEHOME Roofing to replace a roof. John and Nick were both very easy to communicate with before and while the job was being done.
The team that did the job was very meticulous in setting up and cleaning up.
Everyone seemed knowledgeable on what needed to be done.

UPDATE 2 (2/16/26): I sued CertainTeed, the manufacturer and warranty company due to poor workmanship from TrueHome and won. I’ve also contracted with Golden Group Roofing who repaired TrueHome’s shoddy work along with another issue on our ridge vent. They were great to work with and we will be using them moving forward. I would suggest others do as well.

UPDATE 6/23/25): We have since had another issue with a water leak due to workmanship that the installer admitted upon his own inspection. To make matters worse, the "repair" caused additional problems and the same spot leaked again 5 months later. TrueHome has not honored the warranty, and hasn't responded to us or the shingle company, Certainteed. Certainteed has even informed me that they dropped them as an authorized installer. Avoid these guys at all costs!

We inherited a house with a roof that was put on 2-3 years prior to us moving in and was still under warranty. John from TrueHome (original installer) facilitated the warranty transfer for us. We did experience a leak around a vent boot, and after some back & forth, someone came out and repaired the leak at no cost to us. The back and forth was a bit difficult at times as we weren't the original paying customer, which would warrant something closer to a 2-3 star rating. However, they did ultimately send out their subcontractor to do the work without charging us, and the repair seems to be holding after several snow and rain storms. The result of the work was more like a 4 star rating. I averaged the two and came up with a 3 star rating for now. I'll update this down the road as we'll likely need some siding or gutter work done in the next year or two and will give TrueHome a try.

It's taken me a while to write this as it is my first ever negative review but I feel a responsibility to do so. We had our our roof, windows and siding done by Truehome. John was a nice guy and we felt confident that the work would be performed well and professionally. He said that either he or his son would be on the job site daily. They were not. It seems like the jobs were subbed out. That normally isn't a problem. In our case, it was. Our siding has no insulation installed under it so our 200-ish year old home is drafty and cold. (we discussed the need for this insulation during the initial planning/consultations) Our roof was the worst of all. I don't know how to describe the hows and whys of the fact that it was not installed properly. I do know that we have a leaky, buckled roof that needs to be completely replaced. This is a fact that has been verified by 2 other roofing contractors and the town building inspector. As of today, Truehome has not agreed to pay to replace the roof. They did offer us a smaller amount of money that was nowhere near the cost of a new roof. We have had other work done on our home by different contractors since and have been totally satisfied. I'm sharing one picture but trust me when I say that the whole roof looks like this.
