We've hired excellent cleaners to clean a renovation job we've just finished. We've been working on this house for months, it's a very big house over 10,000 m² and when an excellent cleaner showed up they started from the third floor down to the basement and to be honest with you they really did a great job. I will definitely hire them again a great company, great people to work with.

I hired this company to do post winter window washing. The team they sent to our home were helpful and did more than we expected. Our house has three floors, I'm not sure if it has 75 windows with a storm and they didn't take even 6 hrs with 3 people.
PRIME is worth knowing and working with, its price is worth the results I got and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top notch cleaning services.

PRIME Commercial & Residential Cleaning is a very professional company (which is also a family business). We had the crew wash the entire exterior of our home and the roof. Luis suggested a gentle wash instead of a power wash due to our shingles. The team – Marcos & Oseias – did an excellent job. What a difference it made! - far exceeded my expectations. Our house looks like it was repainted. The entire house, including the foundation, looks renovated.

A strong positive recommendation for this team. We even hired them for a second project and plan to continue exterior washing every 2 years. A photo included to show the difference in our roof mid-wash in the washed versus pre-washed portion. I hadn't realized how much I had grown in that shadowy part of the house – the picture is worth a thousand words.
