HVAC reviews in West Springfield, Massachusetts

Showed up on time, and very responsive (not like other contractors) Cleaned my chimney, gave a few tips, advised to have chimney lined. Heard very good things about this guy from my family friend. Will definetly have him service our chimney again as well as have him do the lining.

Tom is a professional in every way. Returns calls promptly, shows up on time, and does a thorough and complete job with minimal intrusion. Will definitely recommend and utilize his service in the future.

Tom was prompt, thorough, clean, professional and kind. He took his time to answer all of my questions and solved some unexpected problems easily. His rates are fair and if want a solid guy for this kind of job, no need to look any further. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Had a draft issue with gas hot water heater vent to chimney. Tom’s inspection and advice fixed the issue with just a few changes to the existing structure. Saved me $1,000+ over what others were recommending. Honest advice goes a long way!

I originally called this company for a cleaning of my chimney in a new home I purchased but when the technician arrived he informed me it was in satisfactory condition and didn't require a cleaning. It was nice to hear a company be so honest. While there, he gave me a bunch of tips on how to properly maintain my fireplaces.

He also returned at a later date to do some repointing work on my chimney. That work was performed cleanly and at the quoted price (which was quite reasonable.)

I would highly recommend this company.

Tom serviced my grandparents chimney for a cleaning and chimney cap installation. We couldn’t have been happier!

Great customer service (on time, professional, took pride in work, good communication, etc.), incredible price, and would HIGHLY recommend! Thanks, Tom and Pioneer Valley Chimney!

Tom installed a chimney on my Furnace a couple of weeks ago. When I called PV chimney sweep, Tom promptly called me back and came to my house to provide me an estimate. Chimney was installed professionally and getting it done this year was a big bonus. Other companies I spoke to would not even come out til spring. Thanks Tom, chimney working great! Don't hesitate to hire Tom at PV chimney sweep.

They did a great job fixing my chimney! Fast, effective, friendly, professional service. Everything from the initial inspection to the final walk around the chimney that had a steel liner installed took about ten days :wow:
Tom even spray painted the chimney where it had to be taken apart and redone, to match the look of the rest. Definitely an extra mile!
The property was left in the exact same condition as Tom found it. Just the problem was gone :) They were very mindful of the property. The bush they had to install the scaffolding above is just the same bush, nothing's damaged.
Thank you so much for fixing my chimney!

They were efficient, friendly, and helpful! We loved working with them! Thank you so much for inspecting and cleaning our chimney!
Updating in 2025- such a hard worker and such great service! We appreciate you!

Excellent company. Ronnie and David were very friendly and professional. They walked around and explained the process to me, they took before and after pictures. I highly recommend Enviroclean company. I will definitely continue to use them. Theresa 3/2026

Super friendly couple. Did a great job. My animals even liked them! 😆

Very professional and took the time to explain how they cleaned the ducts and applied a sanitizer to the system. I was impressed with the before and after pictures which were astonishing! I am definitely feeling more at ease now knowing the air I am breathing is much cleaner.
