Reviews of local pros in West Springfield, Massachusetts

Tom installed a chimney on my Furnace a couple of weeks ago. When I called PV chimney sweep, Tom promptly called me back and came to my house to provide me an estimate. Chimney was installed professionally and getting it done this year was a big bonus. Other companies I spoke to would not even come out til spring. Thanks Tom, chimney working great! Don't hesitate to hire Tom at PV chimney sweep.

They did a great job fixing my chimney! Fast, effective, friendly, professional service. Everything from the initial inspection to the final walk around the chimney that had a steel liner installed took about ten days :wow:
Tom even spray painted the chimney where it had to be taken apart and redone, to match the look of the rest. Definitely an extra mile!
The property was left in the exact same condition as Tom found it. Just the problem was gone :) They were very mindful of the property. The bush they had to install the scaffolding above is just the same bush, nothing's damaged.
Thank you so much for fixing my chimney!

They were efficient, friendly, and helpful! We loved working with them! Thank you so much for inspecting and cleaning our chimney!
Updating in 2025- such a hard worker and such great service! We appreciate you!

Prompt, amazingly efficient and professional......such a great company!

Great company, great jobs...I really recommend.

Nice Job ~ They even moved furniture to vacuum in our office!

Very clean, comfortable and professional appearance. Staff was polite and professional.

People are rude. The owner is disrespectful, thinks he's better than anyone else. He needs to go back to where he came from.

Without a doubt the best, most thorough and dependable cleaning crew I have ever used! Professional in every way!

Wow talk about instant service, and when needed! Let alone, I don't remember this office being as clean as it was before! Highly recommended 💯

We have been very happy with the level of service and professionalism displayed by Anderson and his staff.

An employee with this company went far beyond the call of duty to help me find my purse and phone. Although he was forbidden from letting me in the building, he was creative enough to call my phone until he found my purse in a place I hadn't mentioned. What customer service!

Amazingly wonderful crew and professionalism. They did a deep clean for Covid-19. Highly-qualified and very polite. Please look them up you will be very satified and find out what a good job they do.
