I have had Original Contracting work on many projects for me and have always been very pleased with the outcome. Tom and his team provide great customer service, the projects are always on time and on budget and they are a group that I trust very much. Always a pleasure to work with!

This contractor provided A-1 customer service from start to finish. They obtained all the necessary permits and followed up with being present for all the inspections. They protected areas of my home that might be affected during the renovation (hardwood floors etc.) They had tradespeople available on the day that they were needed. Their main man Jack was truly a "Jack of all trades". He was proficient in carpentry, tiling, and many other aspects of the reno. He took great pride in his work and he was a perfectionist. The renovation came out better than we expected and we were more than pleased . We highly recommend Original Contracting and we would certainly use them again.

Tom and his team did an excellent job making our dream kitchen come to life. Our project involved opening up a very confined kitchen to an open concept and expanding into our mudroom to provide a space that suited our wants and desires. Tom shared innovative ideas to address some of the unique challenges our space had and showed his passion for our project by sharing and touring some similar projects he had completed so we could better envision how the finished project might look. In addition, he provided great ideas for how to best allocate our money to get the best bang for the remodel buck! Not only are he and his right hand man Lenny a pleasure to work with, they demonstrated their commitment during the project to listen, be responsive, and always make things right when challenges arose. They were sensitive to the impacts such a project have on your home life. Overall a very positive experience … highly recommended!

Tom and his team were great to work with. They did extensive work on our house. Basically they opened up our Cape. They put in 9 structural beams to remove walls plus add a master bedroom suite which included a new dormer and a full bath.. Throughout the house they added new windows, siding, floors, walls, plumbing, electrical and a kitchen. Tom is a man of integrity. You cannot do a project this size without problems. Tom and his team handled issues right away and we were happy with the solution. The longest we ever waited for an initial response was an hour at the most. I have recommended his team to many friends and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Tom and his team did excellent work for our home remodeling in 2019. The work quality was outstanding and we are still in love with work they’ve done on our bathrooms, kitchen and living area. I would highly recommend Original Contracting for home improvement projects.

Was a pleasure to work with Original Contracting, LLC on my residential home project. Project scope included a bathroom renovation, living and dining room ceiling replacement as well as multi-room painting. Michael was awesome throughout the process from a project management perspective and the quality of the work was outstanding. All work was completed in a timely manner. If I could out 10 stars I would. I can’t say enough about Original Contracting. They’ve been doing commercial renovations for my business over the past 5 years. The Swiss Army knife of contractors. They really can do it all. The best part is the quality of work and their expertise. I’ve had so many bad experiences in construction over the years and wished I met Tom and Adrian years ago. Top notch service all around. Keep up the good work!

My home renovation was in great hands with Original Contracting from the start. The care and communication was exceptional, from design to final inspections. The job was completed in a timely manner, and I am beyond thrilled with the result. Now I have a showcase kitchen, dining room, and living room. Thank you, Original Contracting, for being honest, hard-working, and passionate about making my home look uniquely beautiful.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I hired them based off a recommendation to remove some floating floors, and to polish and stain the concrete below. Also to remove a wall bump out and cut & cap some plumbing in the wall. What did I get ?! I got painted garage floors with a clear coat on top, I told Adrain this is not the flooring we agreed on and he insisted it was and that this is the flooring they put in “heavy duty” warehouse floors with fork lifts and that it’s very durable. The part where they removed the partition was patched with paneling although the quote said sheetrock, mud, tape paint ready. I had to hire someone else to fix the wall properly, and now have to redo the floors as they are chipping after only 6 months of use. If I’m not mistaken polished concrete doesn’t chip? I’ve told countless contractors what work was done and what I was charged and they too are blown away. I’ve attached some photos so you can judge for yourself the work this company does. My advice, stay away.
