Had a.mini split heat pump ac 3 heads installed last year notice system not cooling called a couple times at no results no call backs just called again today as it was 92 degrees yesterday hoping for response and get this fix update they came did a quick walk through mention it was in economic mode and that's why it wasn't cooling properly still not working correctly I'm calling again hoping they do a complete check freon levels leK test don't know but this needs to be fixed

I would give them 6 stars if I could! Santiago is my PM and Luke is my Advisor. Both go above and beyond. Quick story: my gas hot water sprung a leak yesterday and we were scheduled to get our new heat pump hot water heater in 2 weeks, oh no! Santiago sprang into action and must have called in a lot of favors because he got his plumber and electrician the very next day. Amazing service and it was the week before Xmas!! These Elephant guys are really nice people.
