I called to get a replacement part installed, they had a cancellation in my area and were able to get a technician out to me the same day! Friendly and professional service. I know the turn around can’t be this fast every time, but was happy the office was this in touch with the field team. A win for everyone!

James was on time for his appointment, and presented himself cordially and professionally. He quickly and diligently performed his task of evaluating our complex heating system, all the while answering several questions about it. He gave excellent advice on how to maximize our use of our heating system. I was particularly impressed by his humbleness in praising the previous technicians that had installed the system.

I was quite impressed with the two service guys, Danny B. and MarkD., plus with Melissa from the Marlboro CPS office who was so helpful in setting up an appointment with CPS as soon as possible to service my cooling unit. The service men who were outstandingly professional. They were thorough about examining the unit. As they did this, they not only explained but showed me exactly why the unit wasn't working properly. After Danny B. explained what repairs were needed, he also checked on the repair cost before I could give him the go ahead. Both Danny B. and Mark D. were very neat, clean and polite as the went about their work. I was so impressed and happy with their service, I decided to contract CPS for their yearly maintenance service. Danny B returned to take care of our1st yearly maintenance. As before I was very pleased with his service.
