Joe and his team did an excellent job installing two 16 seer AC units in our home in Hopkinton. Joe was highly professional, efficient, and his team completed the entire installation in a single day, even on the hottest day of the year! Manuel was wonderful to work with - he was meticulous in keeping us updated before, during, and after the job, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. The entire experience, right from the initial phone call to the end of the job, was absolutely professional. The warranties offered were also great! We wouldn't think of reaching out to anyone else for all our future AC maintenance and repair needs.

I called PureComfort Heating, Air & Electric because my heater stopped working and the house was getting cold. I noticed there was ice building up on the heater pipes. Even though it was a Sunday, I got a call back from Manuel within 10 minutes. While we were on the phone, Manuel walked me through the steps to fix the problem myself instead of coming out and charging me for a service call, since he knew what the issue was and that I could handle it. For the first time, I felt like someone was really honest and not just trying to make money off me. That kind of customer service is hard to find! If I ever need heater repair or related help in Hopkinton, I will definitely reach out again. I've already recommended them to my friends and family.

I had to bring in a technician, Arthur, over the weekend because my AC was not functioning. To my surprise, I realized I didn't even have an AC unit installed in my new place. Arthur was incredibly helpful and did his best to minimize the cost of the visit. He even went above and beyond to get in touch with Emmanuel from the sales team at PureComfort Heating, Air & Electric to help me acquire a new unit. Emmanuel arrived later that same day and offered me an excellent deal on both the unit and the installation cost, which seemed to be below the industry average. Despite their packed schedule, he mentioned they might be able to schedule the installation for the coming week. To my delight, he called again on Monday to ask if they could proceed with the installation that day, and they did. My entire experience was fantastic, which I deeply appreciated, given the unexpected circumstances.
