Joe and his team did an excellent job installing two 16 seer AC units in our home in Hopkinton. While we were on the phone, Manuel walked me through the steps to fix the problem myself instead of coming out and charging me for a service call, since he knew what the issue was and that I could handle it. For the first time, I felt like someone was really honest and not just trying to make money off me. That kind of customer service is hard to find! I had to bring in a technician, Arthur, over the weekend because my AC was not functioning. To my surprise, I realized I didn't even have an AC unit installed in my new place. Despite their packed schedule, he mentioned they might be able to schedule the installation for the coming week. To my delight, he called again on Monday to ask if they could proceed with the installation that day, and they did. My entire experience was fantastic, which I deeply appreciated, given the unexpected circumstances.
joe provided excellent heater repair service at our home. he took the time to listen to our concerns, inspected the heating system carefully, and explained all our options clearly to me and my husband. we had several questions and joe answered each one, showing us exactly where the issues were and what steps he would take to fix them. we decided to go ahead with the full repair, and joe finished everything in just a couple of hours. now our home feels warm and comfortable. joe also talked to us about future upgrades we could consider for our furnace, like adding a humidifier to help with the dry winter air. he said he would send us more information so we can think about it. he even suggested a new, easier-to-read thermostat which we really appreciate. overall, his service was top notch and we definitely recommend him for anyone needing heater repair.
I highly recommend this company for furnace repair. The technicians are skilled and, most importantly, honest. We first had a bad experience with another HVAC company in Hopkinton, who wrongly told us we needed a whole new furnace and even turned off our heat. Wanting a second opinion, we called this company after a friend suggested them. The team was very responsive, and Arthur came out the same day to check things out. He quickly found that the other company was not telling the truth, explained clearly which part of the furnace needed repair, and let us know it was still covered by our extended warranty. Arthur’s honesty saved us a lot of money and trouble. If we ever need furnace repair or HVAC work again, we will definitely use them. I can't recommend them enough.
