This is the WORST place to do business with. We had a "simple" problem of a leaking faucet that they now created into a bigger problem. Jake came twice, once to assess and then order a part and another time to bring the wrong part. Charged us for both visits even though second one was their fault, not ours. Third time, Brandon came and installed a faucet that he advised us to purchase and now the overflow doesn't work so he had "order a part" to fix it. This was over one month ago and they have ghosted us! We have called and called and no one responds. Once we received a response from Brandon who told us they have no help in the office and too many in the field and he would call me back that day with an update, never to hear from them again. Oh wait, we have heard from them, they have sent us invoices. This is the most pathetic company. Horrible work. Horrible customer service. All around BAD.

Anthony and Jose were awesome! They quickly figured out what the problem was and installed a brand new indirect water heater. As a new homeowner, they explained everything to me and made sure my questions were answered. Would definitely recommend Martel HVAC!

I had Martel out because my central air is blowing basically room temp air. I understand it has been extremely hot but it’s no different than last year. So the guy says my unit is in a hard to test spot (it’s on the front of the house next to another unit that is in the corner, mine is on the end) and all everything test good. So I guess I paid 159.00 for the 10 min check and still have room temp air! I came home from work and it is 86 degrees in the house! Do not call this company! I now have to find a reputable company to re check my unit.
